If you love things like hot delicious French fries, tasty, mouth watering burgers and creamy melty yummy shakes… I want to suggest a fast food restaurant to you that feels more like a home-cooked meal. Now you have to go to the Wendy’s on 72nd Street. Because that’s my favorite one and that’s the one with the best food. The reason I’m saying this it’s because I think I’ve been to all the locations in Omaha. And this one is the best service, with kind considerate workers, they bring your food out to you if you sit down and wait. And they always are pleasant and respectful. But the food that they make at that location, it is just so good it’s so fresh and it’s always hot you know I I just can’t say enough good things about it. You’re just going to have to go there and try it. And I know that at Wendy’s the oil they use like to make their fries and stuff, it’s a better grade of oil! I’ve done research on it. So they’re healthier too, you know? But yeah check that place out because seriously you’re going to be satisfied. And their junior bacon cheeseburgers are super yummy. Oh and don’t forget the fries! And they always have really good deals on their Wendy’s app so you might want to put that on your phone. And just to let you know the bathroom is kept clean and tidy too.

The entire staff @ the 72nd location should be commended for their substantial efforts in turning this spot into the very best Wendy’s in all of Omaha!
To the people over at corporate, I do hope you’re paying attention for this location serves as the benchmark by which all other Wendy’s should be measured. Both the manager and the team as a whole were top-flight all the way. The team truly shined and worked in seamless synchronicity with one another. They never missed a beat even during their busy lunch rush.
And yet as impressive as their collective efforts were to behold they were also trumped in comparison as to how unbelievably friendly and outgoing each and every team member was to every single customer that walked through the door. To say I was impressed would be an understatement for the group you have working over at 72 and Dodge are some kindest people you could ever hope to cross paths with. Simply outstanding. It’s rare to find that sort of hospitality nowadays even at 3 Star Michelin rated restaurants let alone a fast food chain. Top marks all around. Bravo and keep up the great work! : )

just had perhaps the most kafkaesque drive-thru experience of my life. they charged me $2.30 for a cup of water and then didn’t give me a straw (or any silverware at all). I just sat in my car and cried. probably a new low for me. the mayo is good though.

No baked potatoes, manager said they only had 2 for the whole day and they were gone quickly. The eating area was disgusting, every table was dirty, though we were the only customers there. Food was all over the floor, child seats not put away.

The crew tonight was awesome, they handled the challenges of fast food service pretty well and it was cool to see them work as a team

Updated Review: Ashley is very nice and helpful, I initially had some problems, and later met her and she helped me and took care of my mom and I so she’s doing good by the business right now. But have had some problems in the past with orders not being prepped right but they will make it right.

Visited Feb 15 10pm Lazy employee was siting at a table in the lobby telling people at the drive thru that they were closed even though they should have been open for another hour. Fire this crew ASAP.

Food left on the tables so no lobby checks because we were here for 45 ish minutes and no one checked lobby, the food tasted old and the chicken nuggets and fries were cooked in old oil, men’s bathroom door is broken and so is the hand dryer and was dirty as hell, wall paper is coming off. All of the Wendy’s in Omaha need to go away because there not being taken care of.
