Ordered a jumbo jack. I took a screenshot of what the app shows are the default ingredients on the sandwhich are supposed to be, and I have pictures of what the sandwhich looked like. Super dry burger, and the wrapper was soaked and ripped. I don’t even know what made it wet… the whole sandwich was dry.

Worst meal I’ve ever had at a jack in the box my ultimate bacon burger was awful the bun was literally hard and the patties must have been sitting for awhile and curly fries were old as hell terrible meal. I eat at jacks at least once a week in Pocatello and the service and food are always top notch I can say without a doubt I’ll never go back to the one in Idaho falls on broadway very disappointed

I walked in and they looked right at me and did not greet me and my DoorDash order was ready and they didn’t even offer to give it to me. I had to ask after watching them sit and ignore me for five minutes. After door dashing for four hours tonight, they were the least busy place. I went to, but worst service.

This store was very clean inside and out. The customer service was good, friendly staff. The tacos are a Jack in the Box staple, if you never tried them you really should. They are a guilty pleasure.

Ok…so, it’s a pretty typical JitB….BUT, it has been about 2 years since I’ve had a JitB taco….so this was a real treat! There is nothing else like their tacos…and these were perfect as always! My hubby love his double cheeseburger and fries as well.

Love, love their tacos. Closest one to us in Montana at 3 hours away. Iced caramel coffee too sweet and artificially flavored tasting but then I’m SBS (spoiled by Starbucks). Curly fries good. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms.
