Let’s be honest and fair, because both things matter.
The place looks nice. Clean, well presented, and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and polite, which always counts and makes a difference in the overall experience.
Now, the food was a mixed bag.
The tostones, which were part of my main dish, were the biggest disappointment. They were hard, dry, and had zero freshness. They genuinely felt like they were made on another day and reheated, not something prepared fresh that day. Tostones should be crisp outside, tender inside, and fresh. These were not.
The fish was just ok, but it raised concerns. It tasted like it had been cooked in old oil, and it came out very dark, almost black. Either the oil was old or dirty, or the fish itself was not fresh. Whatever the reason, it affected both the flavor and the overall quality of the dish.
That said, not everything was negative. The environment is pleasant, and the service was good. You feel welcomed, and the staff does their job well. Unfortunately, food quality is the heart of a restaurant, and freshness is non negotiable.
This place has potential, but consistency and attention to basics like fresh sides and clean oil need improvement. I hope this was just an off day, because with better execution, it could be much better.

The location is very family orientated but there’s also a very nice size and pretty bar inside. It’s a good size Latin restaurant with daily happy hour as well!

The staff were friendly and attentive. We went early and they were able to accommodate a large group. They had a nice variety of options on the menu, including a vegan option. Everyone enjoyed their food. The have tasty coffee. The parking is easy and convenient. The space is nice and you can background music was at good volume where you can easily have conversations.

This place is a gem. I haven’t dined in but I’ve ordered their lunch special for takeout a few times already and the pricing is really good. The food tastes really good too, their pinto beans have really good flavor and the sweet plantains are good quality (if you know you know). The establishment looks nice and chill so I’m sure it’s an enjoyable dine-in experience. The staff is always super cool too when I go to pick up my lunch.

The restaurant is super clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, and live music in the weekend. We ordered the mofongo with churrasco and the bandeja paisa. The food was good and the staff was pleasant. If you are looking for cocktails, they have a great selection! I recommend this for a night out or a family gathering.

We celebrated our dad’s 90th birthday at Sabor Latino in PBG and what a great night had by all. The food, atmosphere, and service, 5 star. Our sever, Camilo, was very attentive and made our dad’s celebration very memorable. Paola V, mgr, was also very attentive to all and made the evening very enjoyable. Kudos to the kitchen staff who cooked up delicious foods. Thank you to all for a memorable party!

The restaurant itself is very pretty, well kept, and very clean, which we really appreciated. We did have to wait a few minutes before anyone greeted us at the hostess stand, but they did seem moderately busy, so it wasn’t a huge issue.
Everyone we interacted with was super nice, especially our waiter, Gabriel. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions politely, and checked in on us multiple times during dinner, which we really liked.
The food was delicious. The menu felt endless, with so many good dishes to choose from. I had the churrasco and my husband had a steak burrito. For an appetizer, we ordered the beef nachos. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
Overall, a very good experience, and we will definitely be back!

MAbsolutely love this restaurant! The ambiance is beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a delightful dining experience.
