I have always loved Dunkin or Dunkin Donuts since I was a kid. We had one in Richmond, and I always liked going there. Unfortunately, years later, they closed, and I was disappointed. When I have been somewhere that had one, I always went there. When I heard there was going to be one in Connersville, I was excited. I just happened to go to Connersville for shopping, I decided to stop there. I thought it was going to be like the one in Richmond, where you could go in, pick your donuts, and have something to eat. It turned out to be drive thru only. I drove around looking for a door to go in, but there was none. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Pepsi Zero, water, and a Boston Cream donut. Since there was no place to eat at there, I drove down the street to Speedway and ate in my car in the parking lot. The food was delicious! I liked my Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and I took my donut home to eat for breakfast. It was delicious, too! I would have ordered a dozen donuts to take home, but since I couldn’t go inside, I didn’t. I wouldn’t make a special trip there to get donuts.. It is good for a snack or pick up something for a picnic. I hope management and the people in charge of finding new locations are reading this. I hope you bring Dunkin back to Richmond, but don’t make it drive thru only. It was delicious, but it would have been even better if I could go in, see the donuts and sit down and eat.
UPDATE: August 1, 2024-I stopped here after an appointment I had in Connersville, so I decided to get a quick treat to have on the way home, since I can’t go in and pick out donuts, like the one in Oxford. I ordered an Iced Blueberry Donut Coffee. It was delicious. I can taste the blueberries. It was a different type of coffee.
UPDATE: September 26, 2024-After an appointment I had in Connersville, I decided to get a treat at Dunkin. I had so many points on the app that I decided to redeem some of them and get a free iced coffee. I got a free Iced Nutty Pumpkin Coffee. It was delicious! It was a good treat to have on the way home, and it didn’t cost anything!

I get the same coffee drink every time I go. Almost every time it taste so different, not in a good way either. Why can’t they follow the instructions and make it taste like what I ordered. Uses to be decent..not no more. I not longer go.

I’m in Connersville, IN this morning for my brother’s funeral. I walked up to window for coffees and doughnuts and asked for a menu. I was speaking to a middle eastern man who was very rude and rushed even though I was the only person at the window. He said I had to go through the drive through. I decided to just order 3 coffees and 3 doughnuts. He said the window was for pickup orders only. I went through the drive through, same man was rudely hurrying me. No visible menu for doughnuts and limited coffee (3) options. I’m 65 and polite btw. I ordered 2 iced coffees and 1 regular (for me) 3 glazed donuts (I didnt know their options. I paid almost $30 (medium sized coffee) and there were only 2 donuts in the bag. The workers were laughing and looking when I got my incorrect order. I told the young lady about the rude behavior. No answer lol. I will never return there My hometown has definitely changed.

Today is January 29th. Today Dunkin releases there Valentine’s menu. Not in Connersville apparently. I tried to order brownie batter donuts as they are also pictured on the current menu. I get to the window & have the most awkward exchange… I’ve possibly ever endured at a restaurant. The man was not very good at communicating. He handed me the wrong donuts. I had to show him a picture of the Valentine’s donuts for him to know what I was talking about because he kept naming the donuts they had. When I said Valentine’s Day he said only Day 14. Only Valentine’s Day. That’s funny because all the Dunkin Donuts everywhere else start serving there Valentine’s Day menu TODAY until the day after February 14th. Better off to make the drive to Oxford Dunkin at least they have there ducks in a row. Poor excuse of a “functioning” business.

I love that our town has Dunkin! I love their breakfast tacos with bacon and the Signature Turtle Iced latte is my very favorite! Great coffee taste and keeps me going!! The donuts are delicious also! I like them as a sweet treat every now and then! A Signature Caramel Craze latte is good too! Love that caramel with the crumb crunch on top!

I got my dog one of the dog toys they sell at the store. Love it. Coffee always good, people always nice. The way to drive in is rough tho, bad planning on that part, but not that staffs fault. Donuts and Bagels always fresh/warm.

I encountered an incident with the manager at this location. I asked for an Iced Breve. The gentleman taking orders over the drive-thru does not speak very good English. When my order was repeated back to me, I was hopeful that it was correct because it wasn’t pronounced accurately. When I got to the window it was a different gentleman and he repeated my order back to me. When he repeated my drink, he said a frozen drink. I explained that that is not correct. I ordered an Iced Breve. He then shook his head in agreement as if the order was accurate. He then grabbed my order and he was holding a frappuccino. I told the gentleman that that was not accurate. The manager was standing in the background and at that point she stepped forward. She asked what I ordered. I told her I ordered an Iced breve. She said she didn’t know what that was and that wasn’t on the menu. I explained that it was a latte made with half and half. She responded and said we don’t have half and half. I told the manager that I have gone to many different dunkin’ donuts locations and they typically just substitute the cream that they have on hand. She then said well I’m the manager and we don’t carry that here. She shut the drive-thru window. She later returned, drink in hand. I smiled and said thank you. Grabbed my order. She then said just so you know, we’re not going to be making this for you anymore. I told her I would be in contact with corporate. This behavior is unacceptable. Instead of driving 15 minutes up the road I have to drive out to Richmond another 25. I do a lot of traveling for work and personal reasons. This drink is something that I get every single morning. I understand that she didn’t recognize the name, but people customize their orders all the time. They ask for extra cheese on a sandwich, whole milk instead of 2% etc. The fact that she tried to tell me that she wasn’t going to make the drink for me anymore when she clearly was capable and was handing it to me is disgusting behavior. This location has definitely lost my business and I will be following up with corporate.

I’ve had multiple issues with this Dunkin. I figured maybe since they were new to town, it would take awhile to acclimate. But my order is never made right. They never returned 1,100 points to my app they claimed I could use and it never applied to the total. Won’t let you do 2 separate orders without driving around twice. The guy who’s usually at the speaker in the afternoon is rude. And unfortunately all 3 of these occurrences have been with the same guy. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing, what so ever. So if you go, go in the evening, because the girls have never done me wrong.
