Ordered 2 double quarter pounders one deluxe no onion or pickle one ketchup and mustard got home to Idk what the heck first burger had mounds of slop on it 3 gallons of mayo which doesn’t even go on the quarter pounder there was so much sauce on the burger that the bread was soggy mush yet both burgers had 1 raw patty and Cooked second burger had been scrapped guessing that’s how I got the the other one the way I did. Ordered frys no salt Got double the freaking salt we ordered thru mobile app . This was around 11:20 we had a long day and just wanted to grab a quick meal and crash. Tryed to call of course no one answered. Customer service was and is normally crappy basically shoving the food thru the window at us.

Stopped in for dinner. They did a good job. Double quarter pounder with cheese, add extra patty, lettuce, and tomato. No bun and no ketchup. $11.11 out the door. Scrumptious 3/4 lb bunless keto monster burger…

Went in for a pretty small order, stood at the counter for probably 15 min, the entire time there was a larger woman standing back in the kitchen just talking to her coworkers, I could here what they were talking about and it wasn’t anything work related, something about a car she was interested in buying, during this time the larger woman kept glancing at me and immediately looking away when we’d make eye contact, bare in mind she was doing nothing the entire time I stood there looking at her, THEN when she FINALLY decided to do her job she sounded less enthusiastic compared to her conversation about the car she wanted, when I made my order she asked “is that all” with a very sassy attitude and pretty rude look on her face, the gal that handed me my order apologized for her behavior which I told her she didn’t have to apologize for someone else, she seemed cool and I wish it was her that took my order, with that kind of attitude your chances of buying that care are pretty slim, unlike her. She wasn’t wearing a name tag conveniently enough but this interaction happened with the heavier set blond woman that works in the evenings

Need to fix the sign light to be more visible. Chicken sandwich was rubbery and flattened/squished. Fries were hot and fresh. Quarter pounder and chicken nuggets were good. Service after kiosk was great.

I got the Sprite Berry Blast made properly one single time; aside from that they’ve either messed it up or been out (I suspect that being the equivalent to the ice machine being “down”). The lady on drive through at noon on November 7th 2025 needs to get fired. You can tell she doesn’t like making them and she’s super rude about it every time, and I watched her mess it up twice, second one had to be on purpose. I watched my wife explain exactly which one we wanted and the woman rolled her eyes and still made the wrong drink.

I’d buy 30 just to spite her if I thought I’d get them made correctly.

While I am all about people spending the holidays with their families, when the app says a store is open and allows you to order there, it is disappointing to come off a highway only to see that the order is not going to arrive ever.
Again, all about people being home for the holidays. Just notify people and don’t take their money!

Fast and courteous customer service. However, on July 7th (it was my fiancé’s and my anniversary, that’s how I remember this date), at around 11pm, I personally received two raw cheeseburgers. I also didn’t receive the bottled water they charged me for, since I apparently couldn’t get a fountain water with my meal. I wasted about $15 in one night, because they had closed by the time I had looked at the burgers. As a local, I have visited this establishment many times, and whenever I order before this time, they seem to be cooked. However, after 10pm, it’s seeming to be a hit or miss.. I was hesitant to post this after that, as it could have been a one-time mistake, but then my brother had received two raw burgers at night time as well, a few days after this situation. So, here it is. We are both food service employees too and know that serving non-hazardous food is MANDATORY. I don’t know if the night shift is trying to be speedy, which I understand to a degree, but not at the sacrifice of quality and safety.. In no way am I trying to shame these employees or employers, but I hope they may take the time to review this.

UPDATE: Yet again, it’s midnight and just received another raw cheeseburger One of my friends, a week ago, also received TWO McGriddles in the morning with literally NOTHING but the bun.

Terrible service. Stood there one morning for 20 minutes and the lady working kept walking by and looking at me singing at the top of her lungs and another guy came in and stood there with me for a while and she did the same thing and then he said they won’t take our order if we don’t use the kiosk. I didn’t want to use the kiosk and didn’t know how. But I tried and after failing miserably, I was going to leave and she finally came out of the back for a minute just to be extremely rude when I said I didn’t know if I got the kiosk right. And I didn’t know how to pay. She rolled her eyes and said something about how easy the kiosk was to use but she guessed she would take my order or my money whatever. I really should have just left but I waited for my food, another 20 minutes. And I left and will never return.
