Walked in, nobody seemed to want to take our order so we ordered on the fancy machine. As we waited several minutes we had to ask for our cups. Where the employees were standing making our food there were a lot of food on the floor, I mean a lot. Finally got our cups, no ice in machine. Soda didn’t taste right, possibly flat. Food comes, daughter ordered no cheese because she doesn’t eat cheese. Crazy I know but all her tacos have cheese. They fix it after walking back up there. No napkins in dispenser by the sauces are kept. Bathroom had no towels, dryer wasn’t working. I will say food was hot and tasted good. Appearance means a lot to people, this Taco Bell in Hannibal Missouri needs cleaned up! Also there was a really nice lady working that was taller than the boys who helped up and was friendly.

Man what the heck did we walk into tonight. This location hasn’t been great for a while but with the renovations we decided to give it another shot. Yet again; food quality was poor, drinks were poor, mine hardly counted as a drink, and the MUSIC THEY WERE PLAYING. I had my child with me, and they were playing Young Boy Never Broke Again! I’ve included a screenshot of the lyrics for anyone curious why I’m furious. Play that in a private setting or your own party, NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT.

Super nasty inside. Floors sticky. They were spraying all the tables down when we got there and never wiped them. Chemicals on table weren’t diluted either. Very unhealthy. Team members were kind to the old people that couldn’t use the kiosks but place is just yucky. Sticky chairs. Bathroom out of service. Inappropriate music playing loudly. Wish I went some where else

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. They don’t work very fast and there was a long wait. I get home and all 3 of my crunchy tacos were crushed. The shells were in about 15 pieces. All 3 of them!! You can’t tell me that wasn’t done on purpose. I’ve never had that happen before.

There is no way to give no stars, or I would. I wish I could have the last hour of my life back. I ordered via the mobile app, just as I got to the restaurant. I was travelling cross country and wanted to eat fast. Fast did not happen to say the least. It took 35 minutes to get our order, and then it was not correct. Several people came in that went through the drive-through had wrong orders. The restaurant was a mess and the floor in the kitchen was disgusting. There were plenty of staff working, I counted at least 8 people since I had plenty of time standing there. Does the city ever inspect this place? Not sure what is going on here, but NEVER go here. By the way, there no way to cancel an order in the app, and there needs to be. Went to the counter to cancel but no one would help me. So far I feel okay, but just in case, does anyone have the number for the Poison Control Center?

Dirty lobby. Wife and I were the only ones in the lobby. 10 minutes to get food? Food was ready, the girl shouted my wife’s name. Couldn’t bring it to us, being the only people in the lobby (probably 45 degrees) even though drive-thru was slow and employees eating in the back like it was a buffet. Oh yeah, half scoops on taco meat? Only half a front door operational (glass was busted out on the other door, robbery? Don’t know. Covered with plywood) Nasty bathroom. Clearly enough people there to clean—–something. I will tell everyone i know to not visit this establishment.

My food was very good I ordered loaded tacos. Wish I would have gotten my whole order was missing some items and was given unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. As far as the atmosphere goes I’m not sure I went through the drive through on my way to work. It was very busy.

Food was not good. Meat tasted burned. Fountain soda was watered down. Drive thru was closed for construction. Kiosks for ordering are not quick or user-friendly. Noone at the counter at all.

I work late, 3pm – 11pm or commonly midnight. When I get off work I’m often hungry, and Taco Bell is one of the few places still open. I’m very thankful for this. However, your late night staff needs to be re-trained, or supervised. This is how my interaction went tonight at Midnight, 1 full hour before close, at the drive-thru:
“Order.”
“Uhh, hi, I have my loyalty check in code ready.”
“what?”
“my check in code, it’s ####.”
“K. I can’t pronounce your name. what you want?”
“It’s no problem I get that. I’d like one of the new fiery grilled cheese burritos with steak instead of burger.”
“it don’t come like that, I can switch it.”
“Okay great!”
“What else?”
“A steak quesadilla…” (I received chicken)
she interrupts me: “What else?”
“… a beefy 5 layer burrito…”
she interrupts me again: “What else?”
“… and a large Baha Blast Zero with no ice.” (I got a medium with ice.)
“That all?”
“Yes, that’s it!”
“Window.”
I pulled up to the window, she took my card then handed me my drink, which I hope was Baha Blast Zero as I’m diabetic, and walked away leaving my card in the card reader. After a short wait, another worker brought me my food and closed the window and walked away, so I honked a few times to get someone to come to the window and asked them for my card and for some fire sauce.
I don’t expect to be treated like royalty at a Taco Bell, but as someone in the service and hospitality business, you HAVE to do better.
update: I didn’t even get the steak in my fiery grilled stuffed burrito that i paid extra for either.

Tacos had very little meat, mexican pizza had beans only on half, meat only on other half. For $12 I expected a lot better food.
