I absolutely loved my visit to District MX! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was genuinely nice—they made us feel right at home. Every dish we tried was excellent, and honestly, the prices were so reasonable for the quality. Seriously, you have to try their amazing Street Corn and Avocado Dip; it was the star of the meal! I’ll definitely be back on my sext trip.

We had an excellent time at District MX. The staff, particularly Sharkie and Alex, were so efficient and hospitable. We couldn’t believe how good Sharkie was as a manager. He was giving the team great instruction and at the same time, was helping with dish removal and everything they needed. He also was taking pictures, we suspect for marketing. He may be the owner, but deserving of kudos either way. The food was delicious and the atmosphere so fun! What a game and so thankful we could watch it! Go Hoosiers!

We went there at 3:15 on a Thursday afternoon (January 15th). Ordered a few drinks and a burger and tuna tartare (this was an appetizer). There were two tables when we sat down & two came after us. The drinks came out promptly, but after waiting 30 minutes and all the other tables had been served , I inquired where our food was. No apologies or explanation. 15 minutes later – still no food. So I asked for the check & told them why (still no apologies) – paid for the drinks – which any other establishment would have comp’ed & left. Not until we were literally out the door the manager came after us and apologized and tried to give me a voucher for 100 pesos ($5 US) for next time. I just looked at him and laughed.
If you go there – you have been warned. I don’t know if the food is any good (as we never ate) but the margs were weak. This place should be shut down just due to lack of decent service !

Every time we eat here it’s just plain delicious, easy and fun. They have refined the art of an american sports bistro with elevated common sense delicious meals and drinks that can be eaten at any night of the week. Absolutely the best no nonsense no fuss cuisine.

We popped into this spot for a late lunch. A large group of people were just leaving so the hostess asked us to wait while they cleared the table.
The menu selection had something for every pallette. We opted for the teriyaki bowl and jubalya. One word hits my tongue… Yummy! Super clean flavor and not too big. We washed our meal down with a cold mug of beer. Hit the spot!

I had high hopes, based on the reviews but this restaurant is just okay. And the customer service wasn’t the best.
The upcharge is ridiculous. They charge 30 pesos to cook your burger well done. Of course this information isn’t made known to you beforehand. And my burger wasn’t even cooked properly!
Also the menu that’s in English doesn’t have accurate food descriptions.

Very disappointed with the taste of the food!
We went for lunch as the menu spanned multiple cuisines. We have ordered hummus, Thai green curry, teriyaki rice bowl, savage mango drink.
Hummus and savage mango drink were good.

Best sports bar in San Jose. Lots of big TVs and a great view of the ocean. Great food and drinks. Nice patio too.
