Absolutely delicious milkshakes! Quick service too. Love that they have a mason jar washing station so you can take a clean-ish jars home! These can definitely be shared between two people, but it’s so much more fun to get your own 🙂

AMAZING experience. This place, while packed, got my order in quickly and served quick for as many people as they were serving. The cutest presentation too. It was terribly hard to choose, but the man taking our order took the time to answer our questions and didn’t seem to rush us, considering the line behind us. It was delish and lived up to the hype. Wish I had one in Houston!

If you’re an ice cream aficionado, don’t pass up this place. They have options suitable for any palette and can tickle any taste buds. I think one scoop of ice cream probably equals close to a cup. So, think twice before you get double scoops. Many of their menu selections are suitable for two people. Their ice cream base is good ole Texas Blue Bell. They have a wide variety of milkshakes, ice cream cones, and hot fudge sundaes. They have many flavors that you cannot get in the grocery store.

This was a fun place. The milkshakes were good, they are a bit much but fun and tasty, and you get to keep the mug which is a fun souvenir. Price was a little high but expected, you do get to keep the mug so it made up for it. Plus they was a washing station to take it home clean.

The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar in Gatlinburg is seriously amazing! They have so many creative milkshake options that it’s almost impossible to choose. My partner and I went with the banana pudding shake, and it was absolutely delicious. It came fully loaded and tasted just like real banana pudding in milkshake form.
It is a little pricey (around $18 for one), but the portion is huge and definitely big enough to share—getting one each might actually send you into a diabetic coma . Overall, totally worth the experience and a fun stop if you’re in town!

Well worth the time! They don’t open until 2 PM weekdays and we were standing in line at the door when they opened. There is limited tables within and that could be an issue for you. These are NOT ice creams that you just walk and eat! I had an entire piece of pie on top of my ice cream. It’s scrumptious and a must when you’re trying to find the place to satisfy that sweet tooth!

A must stop along your walk through downtown Gatlinburg. There is an ncredible variety for the whole family to try and big enough to share. It is an explosion of flavors and colors to appease every palette. The staff is super friendly and offer great recommendations for the indecisive. There is a convenient wash station for your souvenir mason jars with paper for wrapping them and bags for easy take home. I am so glad we came and will definitely be back again.

Very good and fun milk shakes. These are pretty big and would be fine for sharing. The 6 of us got 5 and still couldn’t finish all of them. We got there at 1 just to find out they don’t open until 2. There were already a few people waiting. We decided to go do something else and got back there at 1:59. The line was long! It only took about 15-20 to get to order but then it took 45 minutes to get the shakes after ordering. It took 20mins for the people who ordered first to get their milkshakes! There was not enough seating for as many people who needed seats, it did seem to work out that by the time your milkshake was done there was a table opening up. We were order number 17 And got a seat pretty early on. There were people that had to stand 30ish or more minutes though. as we left it did seem like it was a little less busy. Four of us really enjoyed our ice cream. The dairy free one, said the ice cream tasted very watered down, so that was a little disappointing. She still ate most of it but to her it wasn’t worth the waiting time. If you have allergies make sure to tell them! We have a peanut allergy in the bunch, they kept his separate until we came up to the counter to get it. I’m glad too because mine ended up with a Reese’s pieces in it and it shouldn’t have! I believe the people right before us had ordered that one. So most likely fell into mine as they were moving them to the counter. This would have been a completely different review if they didn’t take the extra precaution they did with the peanut free milkshake. No regrets but not something I would do if all the seats are taken and there’s a line out the door. The souvenir jar is a nice touch.
