Me and my wife sat outside waiting on a sweet tea that we paid for with our meal and it never showed up. After 30 minutes of waiting a woman came out and asked if we ordered someone else’s order and as she was at our window we asked for our sweet tea she left and gave someone their order so we waited another 10 minutes until I finally had to go in and get my own tea. Fast food means it shouldn’t take a whole hour to get a sandwich fries and a drink. A drink shouldn’t take long to make and bring out to the customers that’s been waiting for a while just for that.

Bathrooms had no paper towels, no condiments inside. No napkins inside grease thar potatoe cake cooked in was old. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that our server was very sweet

Disgusting Italian Sandwich. It has 3 tiny pieces of lettuce, no peppers and an entire bottle of sauce on the sandwich. They were rude, and hung up the phone on me!

Arby’s used to be one of my favorite places to go. I haven’t been able to go for about a year now because of health reasons. But I went there today, and I have to say that I was very disappointed.
The lady at the counter who took my order was very nice. No complaints there. But the food was substandard.
The chicken sandwich was very bland. The curly fries were mostly overcooked end pieces. And the place wasn’t very clean. I had to get some napkins to clean my table off with. The drink machine was leaking and was almost full to the top of the catch tray under it. There was water coming out from under the rug in front of the drink station. Probably from where the drip tray had overflowed.
I was just disappointed. And I was so excited when I got there. I actually made a bicycle trip from over by Highland Park just to go. Because my eyes have got too bad for me to drive. But I’m not sure I’ll be going back again after this experience.
Edit: I filled out the form from the “response from owner” like was requested with my address and email. I was promised a free meal coupon at the end of the form. 8 months later, never received anything from them.
