I spend $80-100 in here weekly. I have to ask for no bell peppers due to allergies. Ordered an Orange peel chicken and asked specifically for no bell peppers and not spicy. Got home, it’s covered in bell peppers and labeled as spicy. Asked for it to be comped……no but you can have a free egg roll. Seriously, that’s the extent to the customer service? So disappointed Woodruff Rd Oriental House. I hope next order will be better. I get bad days, but a trip to the ER was not in my cards tonight. And your mgt on duty obviously did not care!

Food came out room temperature. I had hibachi dinner. How could that be room temperature to cool coming out? No one was even in restaurant and I don’t think they used the hibachi grill to make it.

22nd time eating here. Food was poor to fair–both times fried rice good, but meat (sesame chicken and Mongolian beef) was tough. Table service fair 1st time & terrible 2nd time–took (which he got wrong) and never saw him again Kitchen staff brought out food, no checking on us, no drink refills, finally made eye contact with another waiter who was standing on other side of restaurant talking to other wait staff who brought us check but after waiting and waiting finally walked up to counter to pay.

Rated as one of the best Chinese restaurants in town, we wanted to stop by and check it out. We were disappointed by the quality of the food for sure. Very “American Chinese” food and zero atmosphere. The food came quick but it wasn’t great and I ended up sick within 30 minutes of eating. Do yourself a favor, skip the place and find somewhere else to eat.

The food here is soo soo good! It’s the same quality as going to a Japanese place that cooks in front of you. The white sauce is fantastic! They cook to order and the food is always perfect and on point! The waitress was fantastic! It has a great family-relaxed vibe. They also deliver and let you get your food to go. It’s definitely a must-try place if you go to Greenville! My fiancée got general saos chicken and I got the steak hibachi 🙂

White sauce is the best thing. I ordered chicken bowl to go, it was very watery and gooey after the initial layer of fried rice. My wife ordered Kung pao chicken combo, extra hot, it turned out to be big bland peices of chicken with some veggies and lots of peanuts. A bit disappointing. Next time, we ll just stick with ordering their special fried rice.
