If this was my Mc d’s, i would be embarrassed. Fast food? It took 20 min to get our food, and only 5 customers in the store. Sandwich was cold, fries were good. Customer service was not good. Clean restaurant, bathrooms were clean. No ketchup packets on service tables, napkins empty, couple employees standing around doing nothing.

Last three time I have ordered here for my family of 8. Our orders are usually between $50-$70 at a time. They have forgotten at least one or more items from our order. We live almost 20min away and it costs more in fuel to go back and get it. So far in the last three visits they have forgotten a ten piece Nuggets and fries, forgotten a Big Mac, and now today a McChicken. Three Strikes and your out……. Please use a different McDonald’s this one is not concerned about fulfillment of your order at all. Service here is poor at best

I’d say I can’t stand that the kids that are working are always mouthing off while they should be working and being respectful that there are people and children in there lobbies. Food is Good sometimes you can wait up to 20 minutes.

This lobby location has been closed since covid…. Now it is open and it is DISGUSTING ketchup all over counters and tables, floor was sticky and trash and food all over the place ! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months absolutely NO EXCUSE! “ oh we’re short staffed” so sick and tired of hearing about that as an excuse for laziness. Meanwhile the manager is floating around on her cell phone doing nothing ! And don’t even get me started in the bathrooms ,just think if their lobby is that disgusting, imagine what it looks like by where the food is prepared ! Food for thought DONT COME HERE!

The food took forever to come out. They dont bring it to the table when you order from table or kiosk. They were arguing with each other in the kitchen. After about 40 minutes of waiting our food came out mostly cold. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered a Diet Coke and a plain 1/4 cheese. Got a Coke and at best – a warm burger. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was like the burger had been sitting in a warmer and they slapped cheese on. The bun was dry and crusty. I figured by ordering a plain burger at 8 pm it would probably be made to order. Nope. I didn’t eat the bun, and couldn’t drink the Coke. At least the drive through crew member was pleasant. I just can’t win at this place. On the rare occasion I decide to go, the food is never what McDonalds used to be.

Normally this has been a pretty decent McDonald’s but recently something must have changed. Getting orders completely wrong repeatedly even after specifying. Not to mention the employees having small talk instead of dealing with their drive through customers. Not likely to return anytime soon after being a lifelong customer.

Was served RAW MEAT in my double quarter pounder meal. This is the 2nd time I have reviewed inadequately cooked food. I will be going elsewhere as I dont want to risk contamination for me or my family. Farewell McDonald’s
