Made a mobile order. Don’t know what was going on at the drive thru speaker. Was finally able to tell someone that I placed a mobile order for pickup. Drove around and was immediately told to pull up. My order contained a Dave’s Single, large drink, and cookie bundle. The person came out and only brought the burger. I reminded him that I also had a drink. Looked in the bag and the cookie bundle was absent. The were taking too long, so I went inside to get my drink and cookies. After driving away, I realized the drink was wrong (it was a Hi-C instead of orange fanta) and the cookies were hard and stale.

Unfortunately I didn’t notice the grime until after we got our food and sat down to eat. The floors are greasy. The ketchup was fermented. The burger was equally greasy and dry. The fries were over cooked and the oil smells rancid. Not one inch of this place was clean. The only good part was the employees. They were great.

Just left Wendy’s with my husband.. we rarely eat fast food .. but when we do we want what we want. Went through drive thru and order the 8$ bag.. The fried were old and the burgers were greasy.. Ask. The young man then drop out old fries back in the grease and returned it… We was so disappointed.. NO PRIDE IN THEIR JOBS

I ordered a medium hot order of fires with mustard. There was no one in line or the parking lot. Now, I know why! I get to window, they were short on cash, no receipt paper and old fires. I handed the fires back. I was told I would have hot fires in 2 minutes. What I received was the same fires re-cooked for 2 minutes. Even, I know frozen fires takes at least 5 minutes. This is not the Wendy’s you want to purchase a meal from.

Zero stars is the proper rating. Waited 10 minutes to get my order with NOBKDY in line, I stood there patiently while the staff completed uber or door dash orders.

The last two times I have been super disappointed! They will try not to give you a receipt so you can’t get your money back! Also if you call the manager only available in the morning!

This Wendy’s is awful. I have gotten food from them on different occasions and nothing has changed. The food taste old, they don’t give you fresh food, the fries aren’t even warm. I guess this one shows how bad it sucks when employees are washing their car in the drive thru. If I could leave zeros stars I would.

Went to the drive thru, the girl in the window seem to have an attitude. They said they only took cash at the moment. Didn’t say a word to me at all to me and just handed me my food. Had to ask for my receipt at the end. Only to find out after I got home she gave me the wrong order and food.

A very dedicated staff.. Every time I go, my order is fresh, and someone is there to greet me quickly with the proper customer service when I decide to go inside .
