I have seen comments from very negative people and many even seem taken out of context , I have eaten in this wendys for years they have never treated me badly nor have I even had any problem , you have to understand that these places are very crowded and the employees can have a difficult day , but they do not agree when it comes to going to bother them and yet they strive to give us a service , many of them I see often and they have always treated me well , the problem of many clients is that they are They believe that because they are the payer, they have the right to treat employees badly and, like everything in life, every action has a reaction. If I comment, it is because today, while I was waiting to buy my lunch, I saw how the client in front of me humiliating one of the employees, for no apparent reason, and yet the employee tried to resolve the conflict in the best possible way, after being humiliated and treated in a bad way, he is forced to smile at him and endure all that disrespect.

Dry bun, cold burger. Tell me how the tomatoes and burger were both room temperature? Definitely not freshly make by over 30 minutes. However the fries were warm enough.

I work the night shift and unfortunately I always have lunch at 1 am I come to this Wendy’s regularly and almost never have problems but recently Alejandro the night worker seems to always “have the pin pad broken and can only accept cash” this is the 3rd time the same worker has given me the same excuse but on other nights with any one else this problem never occurs. Seems a little dishonest…

Very bad service, terrible customer service. The drive-thru doesn’t respond, and when you get there, everyone talks and doesn’t help you. When they take your order, they tell you the chicken isn’t ready after counting.

IF YOU FO NOT THINK PRESENTATION MATTERS. TRUST ME IT DOES. THE PRESENTATION ACCOUNTS BASICALLY FOR HOW YOUR FOOD IS HANDLED AND MADE AND HOW MUCH THEY CARE IN DOING BOTH. Do not order delivery. Half of my order was not delivered and the delivery driver would not answer my phone calls. If you call delivery assistance, they won’t deliver your items, just reimburse you what they condiser should be reimbursed. So the delivery cost and the tip for the driver, yeah, you won’t get that back.
Food wasn’t great either. Nuggets, cold; burguer, really small portions of everything on it; fries, meh; drinks… no idea, never got them.

Que lugar MÁS HORIBLE. i went through DRIVE through and not only do they have you repeat what you say 78 times, THEY STILL GET EVERYTHING WRONG. And this isn’t even a one time experience. I have NEVER (in the 10+ times I’ve been here) had an order come out CORRECTLY. ALWAYS missing something. And the inside is always empty, what the hell are they doing that they still get things wrong for? I came tonight and got TWO $7 biggie bags, a large chili and I upgrade the drinks to large. Spent $17 just for them to forget the 4 piece nuggets, forget to upgrade a drink, and give me the wrong replacement when I went inside to tell them they forgot the FRIES as well. They don’t even give you a receipt either. Do BETTER. Save your money and go anywhere else, LITERALLY.
