**UPDATE**
For the last 10 years, I’ve always had compliments for the food, service and friendliness of the staff at Kidd Valley. They’ve always served one of the best milkshakes in the region, because it was always packed with real fruit.
Today I ordered a mango milkshake which is one of the new flavors advertised, and to my surprise it was made with mango sirup, instead of the actual fruit, and I’m genuinely disappointed. This place and their food were special to me. I’ve always had a great time there with my little family. Today we all left with a big bummed feeling. Please bring the real fruit milkshake back!
** I’ve decided to leave a feedback directly at the front and the lady who spoke to me, explained that the original flavors all are made with real fruit. Only the new flavors (raspberry, peach and mango) are made with pumped sirup. She was super nice and offered to switch my milkshake to a boisenberry shake at no extra cost. So everything was resolved.**

Went here after spending some time outside in the cold at a craft fair today. It was very warm inside and the Christmas music and decorations were nice. The food took about 5-10 minutes to get. I had a cheese sandwich with a little cup of tomato bisque soup. The sandwich was grilled perfectly and the cheese was melted nicely. The soup was very hot and creamy and a bit spicy, but I did wish the cup was a bit bigger. The sandwich was a good size, and I just ate half. It was nice that crackers came with the soup. My son had a grilled chicken sandwich that was juicy and tasty. We ordered garlic fries, too, which were good, but there was a ton of diced garlic on them that we couldn’t really eat. They did live up to their name!

Stopped here for burgers. The food was very good for burgers and fries. Service was a bit on the slower side. Good experience overall.

Always a favorite stop and the perfect place to take the grandkids. Their shakes are pretty unbelievable and the grandson had garlic fries and repeatedly told me they were his favorite and I had the cheese sandwich. Have had the burgers here before of almost every kind and the food never disappoints. Always highly recommend it wherever you might find them

Kidd Valley has pretty friendly staff and great milkshakes and sorta decent burgers. It seemed like the beef patty was just warmed up and then put onto the burger especially how fast it came out. Veggies were good and the bun was so so.

So as I finally setting down to eat I realize there is no bacon on my burger. Smh the onions I let slide I was gonna go back in to have them remade but I was like ok it’s close to closing they are exhausted but now it’s the falling apart onions and the no bacon, I’m disappointed paying for that without getting it like trippple check the orders to not make this mistake again thanks. Gabriel was able to make this right the next morning! Thank you so much

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries to share with my little one. The burger was good and the fries hot and crispy. The dining area was clean and the staff friendly.
I’m deducting a star because I asked if I could get an upgrade to my burger as advertised in their signage outside, the cashier said yes and pointed to an upgrade menu on the counter surface. I chose the bacon upgrade. When we got the burger, there was no bacon. It was disappointing. I hope the store keeps to its advertising ‘word’ or not run any promotion at all. I dislike establishments like that so I personally will not come back, steer my family away from going there, and won’t recommend it if asked.
I’ll stick to Dick’s, Red Mill and Shake Shack for my burgers.

Kid Valley! ❤ I love that this place is still around, they were always one of the best and still are. Nothing better than coming here during the summer and getting fries and a burger dip and a coke and just enjoying the food sitting back and relaxing. Nice location in Kenmore and I hope that kid Valley is around for a long time!

Their food is good but, I was given the wrong order. I had already driven away when I opened the wrapper and saw what was inside. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go back, so I was stuck with the wrong food (meat, bun and cheese were all wrong).

I’m still going 5 stars…fish is fantastic, the shakes are great, if only they had coleslaw instead of the mediocre fries…. the kid at the register had the personality of a rock, but that seems to be how they all are now… just sort of dead inside.
