This was my first time here but my wife has been here before and this time did not disappoint either. The restaurant was festive and decorated for Halloween. The chips and salsa kept us occupied until the beef nachos appetizer arrived. It was good and came out quickly. I ordered a Fajita Burrito and my wife ordered the Fajitas Pollo dinner. Both were excellent and provided plenty of leftovers, we did not leave hungry. The staff including our waiter and what appeared to be the manger came by frequently asking if we needed drinks and checking on how our food was which was very nice. If you don’t want to sit at a table or booth there is seating at the bar. There is outside seating but I don’t know if it is dog friendly and I forgot to ask. I would recommend checking with the restaurant first before bringing your furry companions.

This was our first time here. The ambiance was nice with lights and all kinds of things hanging from the ceiling. Staff was friendly. They got my order wrong but quickly corrected it.
The tacos were not that good to me. They were not bad but for my taste, they are what I like. I had chicken tacos and beef tacos.
My wife had steak fajitas. Those were pretty good. Overall, I won’t return because it’s not the right taste for me. Others may like it but for me, I’ve had much better.

This restaurant is decorated all over with lights and sparkling banners and piñatas throughout.
Servers were very attentive and food was very hot and tasty.
Salsa was just a touch spicier than I prefer, but the flavor is excellent.
I feel like pricing was quite low – a very good price for the generous portions.

My mother and I have eaten here 3 times in the last 6’ish weeks after leaving an orthopedic appt at Bramlett Orthopedics Clinic. It’s only about a mile away and is on our way back to I65. It’s easy to get in/out of, and being able to park right at the door has been super helpful for my mother with her mobility issues.
The staff have all been very friendly, and the food is always correct, hot, and tasty!

Top Rated Reviewer This is a long-standing hallmark of Birmingham tradition! I can honestly say that when you’re here, you’ll feel like family. Although I was a first-timer, a sweet grandmother at a neighboring table introduced herself and told us about how they brought their granddaughter there since she was born and every year after, because they felt so welcomed. I knew exactly what she meant. The service felt like family bringing you into the fold and making sure your every need was met.
The food was fantastic and made exactly to order, including requested modifications. The margs didn’t mess around. Don’t miss this local gem!

Love the food and atmosphere. It’s fun and the kids love the lights. It’s not to loud to hold a conversation, but loud enough that I don’t worry about my kids bothering other guests.
The margaritas are – strong. The cheese dip is great. I like the Burrito California (you could split it).

I absolutely adore everyone who works here! The food is great, the atmosphere is unmatched and I feel so welcome and cared about every time I enter the door! They make sure to make every single person who comes to eat with them feel like family. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they always go above and beyond to make sure what I order is accommodated and safe. I run restaurants myself and I know “exceptional service” when I experience it! They are amazing!

Excellent!! We’ve been going to Sol Azteca for a long time, but tonight we tried the Seven Seas and it was amazing.It was crab legs, scallops, muscles, shrimp and so so good. You have to try it. The service is so good too.We always love coming. Wevwill be back again and again!

Took a while for the server to take our group’s orders, but the food came out fast. The food here is always delicious, free chips and salsa are plentiful. I got the seafood burrito, which hit the spot. Had plenty of shrimp and fish in it.

I ordered the strawberry margarita and a chicken burrito supreme/deluxe
The service was really good. If there was any language barrier it was minimal.
I was brought chips and salsa first. I was really pleased with the salsa. Not sure if it is a home recipe. The chips were warm and offered a nice crisp to them.
The margarita was mixed nicely, smooth and consistent flavor.
The burrito was average in portion. It offered no twist or surprise in it. I wasn’t wild about finding boiled shredded chicken. However the bed of sauce kept the meal moist.
I would recommend this restaurant, maybe a different entree.
