After a disappointing visit to Bob Evans restaurant up the road, my wife suggested Chili’s. Conveniently located near stores for shopping, it was a no-brainer. Our server took our orders and we were able to get free chips and salsa with my Chili’s app. That saved us almost 7 dollars. Get the app. It’s worth it. The last two times I had visited Chili’s, I got free chips and salsa with the app. We each ordered the 3-for deal for dinner. We started out with lemonade and chicken enchilada soup. My wife got the 6 Oz. sirloin with broccoli and asparagus. I got the 6 Oz. sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We asked for medium well and it was cooked right. This was a good choice.

Went here on a Sunday – it can get busy right around 1130. We had a wonderful waitress that checked up on us regularly. Food was great – service was great – all in all a good Sunday afternoon dining experience!

The food here is excellent we enjoyed the meal. My husband’s steak was a little fatty. But all in all the food was delicious. The server was the down fall of dinner her name started with a D black hair blonde tipped. Everyone serviced us but her. She wanted to talk and play with her friends while the other staff members finished our order and food delivery. She made sure to come and check with us so she could get tipped. The experience was good the server negative 1.

I was happy to be waited on by Neal. But I ordered fajitas and I didn’t receive everything. I was missing the shells for my order. Plus no cheese or sour cream. And no pico de gallo. Just really disappointed on the visit nothing to do with the sever. But the kitchen messed up my dinner. I have my own extra stuff and when I called they asked me if I want to come back for what was missing. I was home already and should be able to trust them to put everything together the first time.

Chips and dip that we didn’t order, we were charged $6.99. The greasiest chips I had eaten and they crumbled very easy. Why will you add this without asking first? We paid the full amount in our ticket but we are not returning to Mandarin location.

We usually like places like this because they have a wide variety of food choices. I normally choose fajitas and did again, even though at a different location, I received a very small portion on my last vist. I’m sorry to say, the fajitas left a lot to be desired…the dish smelled off and had overcooked soggy peppers. Sorry Chili’s. Is there something that changed with your fajitas?

10.99 meal deal with drink, meal and an app. Can’t beat it. Tried the famous Nashville mozzarella sticks that are trending online and didnt disappoint. Service was great too and we were seated right away on a Saturday night with a party of 6. The kids enjoyed the game pad too.

08/16/2025: Got to sit in Lee’ssection today. He’sthe only family favorite. He’s been serving us since before my kids were born and they’re teenagers now. He’s always on top of things and makes sure your satisfied with everything. He knows what my food order is everytime. If Lee isn’t there, it’s rare for us to dine in. He’s the reason why we keep coming back. He’s not a server. He’s family. Always tip your servers and also in cash, not card.

I have recently seen a bunch of bad reviews here. I have been here about 5 times in the last 18 months with no issues, and I’m surprised I haven’t left a review. Now, I won’t say it’s my fault… I blame Happy Hour and El Nino Margaritas for my lack of reviews.
I have never have an issue here that wasn’t quickly resolved and my only complaint ever would be at 4pm on Saturday the bathroom floor could probably use a fresh mopping but literally this comment belongs to 90% of restaurants in the same category as this one…..
So today, I went to check things out. I was greeted quickly with a smile. I sat in a booth, and my server Terri arrived faster than I would have expected. I ordered 8 wings and 2 margaritas. The wings came in a normal amount of time, and I know this bc I wasn’t even able to finish my drink before they arrived.
The wings were really good, much better than my last time at the ale house. Honestly, at home, I grill my wings and for fried wings… I’ll come back for them bc they were perfect. Now, I should note that I ordered them naked and with sauce on the side. I have noticed over 20+ years of eating wings

Anyhow, continuing along… my wife and I ordered some sandwiches, and they were amazing, and the fries were perfect…. Two more drinks as I slowly eat and life is good. I have no complaints about anything, and my wife was happy, so that is the big win here.
