Okay so first thing first the place smells like every other Indian place. They dont accept coupons. They got our order wrong twice. They can barley speak fluently in English or Spanish. They give small portions of hot fudge. The place is a no go

Stopped by for quick meal. Got the special: burger, fries & ice cream w/caramel. Very reasonable & plenty for the smaller appetite. The service was great. The man behind the counter was very nice & brought our food to us quickly & then brought the ice cream. He was very friendly & efficient & provided a great visit.

Been here in Deland for more than 10 + and still these guys can do a DQ cone right with it sexy curves and levels, nope not here Guy’s got to go all the way to Sandford if u want a cone done the right way and size by DQ standards. That’s a big size cone by the way dipped in chocolate.

To start: Best Burger this year.
The person who took our order was helpful and made sure it was correct.
Food was served quickly, far quicker than I was expecting. Burger and fries were hot and delicious.
I am relatively new to doing these reviews so I took a few bites before I remembered to take a snap. No matter as it was excellent . like I wrote at the open Best Burger this year. You can taste the grill.
Fries were great too.
The place was clean with staff going around and making sure it was so.
I didn’t have one of their ice cream treats as I was just interested in lunch. But there’s always next time. And there will be a next time. Good food. Good service. Good prices.

Would give 0 stars if I could, third time visiting dairy queen and the same two workers are always there; an older women and man. Every single time I have come wether it’s in person or through the drive thru the customer service is 0%, the lady fights with customers on their order, tells them they’re wrong or didn’t say the right thing but she’s the one who can’t understand and messes up. Instead of apologizing she YELLS back at the customer and tells them they can leave just because she can’t understand. I have not had a single visit here where they didn’t mess up my order. Only come back because the ice cream is good but don’t know if I could come back again after the 3rd time of EXTREMELY disrespectful service.

The manager is rude. Today their own website said hey veterans come in from a blizzard for veterans day. So I drove across town to go to this place. The ragged in there was so rude too my and my party. I asked him about the free veterans blizzard and he was so rude to me. I will never step a foot back in here.

I usually love this place. They are typically always nice to me and friendly. However my last experience changes all of that.
Been coming to this location for years, always had good results. Recently got a gift card for Father’s Day,, which I used at another location. During my visit here after ordering lunch, I was told the card was no good didn’t work. I know I had a balance of over $15 which would’ve covered my meal. I did the polite thing and said oh OK here’s cash. The next day I went back to the first DQ and the card worked fine. Next time, I’ll say if the card doesn’t work keep the food. if there is a next time.
