Visited Nosh Kitchen for the first time in four years and was instantly reminded how good their burgers are. We stopped in on a winter Wednesday, so it was pretty quiet, but the space still had a cool ambiance with great music playing and a couple of people at the bar.

My husband and I both ordered burgers (made with smash patties) and they were delicious. The menu felt more compact than I remembered, but there were still plenty of solid options. The burgers tasted like an elevated Big Mac in the best way.

I also appreciated that our waitress offered to substitute the fries for a Caesar salad! I took her up on it, and it was surprisingly really good with lots of Parmesan.

We also had the pretzel bites, and they were phenomenal with a generous portion size. Service all around was great. Definitely worth the return visit.

Very much a bar place. Don’t be fooled by the name, there is no deli type of food here. It’s bar type foods and snacks. The service is top notch. I had an issue with my order and the server addressed it immediately with no issues. It was impressive and service like that says a lot about the culture of the establishment. The poutine fries and pretzels with dip were so delicious. It’s a must order if you’re doubting it. The pizza they make was clearly not my style of pizza. Portion was fine but the crust to cheese to sauce ratio was way off for me. The crust was not anything I prefer. But the friends with us were enamored with their burgers so that’s the next thing I’ll try. Prices were the expected for the area.

Absolutely fantastic place! I personally sat down for a meal twice here within 24 hours. Do not be fooled by the limited menu selection, they know what they’re doing. The pizza is mind blowing, the meatloaf sandwich reminded me of home, and the smashed style burger was one of the best. This was my first experience with Poutine and I absolutely destroyed that entire bowl! Make sure to make plenty of room in your belly before going because you’ll want some of everything after the first bite of anything.

When we talk about legendary rebrands the names we often point to are the likes of Abercrombie, Stanley, New Balance, and the Mike Vrabel Patriots. I it is time that we start bringing Nosh into this conversation.

Nosh was always a unique place to go out to eat, fun menu, playful desserts, but it never quite scratched that late night grub spot itch that it felt like it was reaching for… until now.

I lumbered into Nosh tonight with my lovely fiance, exhausted from a hard day of work, seeking a hot meal and some reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I came in expecting to treat myself to a chicken sandwich and some dunkaroos. Much to my surprise, neither were on the menu. I began to make my way through the menu, oohing and awing at all of new features. Cheap pony pours of your favorite draft beer. Smash burgers to fit anyone’s fancy. Apps on apps. And then when I thought it couldn’t get any better… SOUTH SHORE BAR PIE.

I haven’t seen this pizza anywhere north of Medford Mass. I assumed the colder climeate up in Maine didn’t allow us to cultivate such foods. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. This was no Town Spa, but for Maine?! It is as good as you can get.

I landed on a rack of chicken tenders swimming in Buffalo, a sweet and spicy smash burger, and a south shore bar pie with sausage and onion. This baby was laced up and ready to go. I enjoyed every bite while watching uncut gems on the big screen behind the bar.

Noah has officially become my new go to spot for some great casual fare, especially late night. And now you can finally get south shore pizza in Maine!

We went in and sat but ended up ordering take out. We got 2 pizzas (a mushroom and a sausage) and pretzel bites. The pretzel bites and cheese were fantastic and the pizza wasn’t okay. Just a heads up It’s not sausage crumbles on the pizza, they’re cut up sausage links which I did not expect. I also got the summer of ‘69 cocktail while waiting for the food and it was fantastic.

If you are looking for some Great Damn Food then head here to Nosh!!! The pizza was amazingly cooked perfectly!!! Believe me when I say yummy eats!! We are big foodies and the special today was the Swiss dip burger, so as always we split everything!! Smash Berger had a great crispy edge and seasoned well!!! Expresso Martini was heavenly after the Boston drive today… if you know… you know!!! 5 stars!! It’s loud and dark, but food and service make up for it.. if your a bright and quiet fan!!

My favorite place for a burger in Portland! As someone who loves a good burger, the double double burger at Nosh has got to be one of best burgers i’ve ever had. I also got an appetizer of fried pickles and onion rings. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. Their unique flavor combos for the burgers and the tasty dipping sauces they offer really makes Nosh stand out from your average burger place.

The atmosphere is still great, the service is still great, but the food has lost its unique vibe. You will see pictures and read love stories about the Slab Burger (a burger between two slices of pizza); The Mac n cheese burger (a burger between two fried Mac n cheese cylinders) and basically the Luther from the Boondocks TV series (a burger between two donuts)…but that’s all gone. The menu is like any other bar/smash burger joint. Not worth the journey from Boston anymore.

The menu is small but the options are good. I feel like the menu was more exciting when they originally opened (I remember having bacon dusted fries with a burger that had deep friend Mac & cheese for the buns). Fries are an additional $2 but you get a ton of them so 2 people can easily share. The cocktails are always on point and the staff is great. Overall it’s an easy option for a pre-show dinner.
