Awesome food, great service. The fajita steak melts in your mouth, enchiladas are meaty covered in cheese sauce and Tex-Mex flavoring. Miranda took care of us and ensured we had a great dining experience.

This was my first experience in this restaurant. I love all things Mexican and know what I like to eat. I ordered enchiladas and small queso. Well the chicken enchiladas had no taste. I mean it was just meat and tortillas. I eat at a lot of places. This was by far a miss. I don’t think I would come here again. I gave it two stars because the service was great. Food not so good. I should have listened to the other customers who said it wasn’t that good.

New location in Lafayette was amazing. The manager Tommy came around 2 different times to ask how the food was. You don’t see that much anymore. Waitress was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

First time here. The young lady at the front was so friendly. We were placing an order to go. She was helpful in explaining the menu and food options. Portion sizes, ingredients, etc. We placed our order and enjoyed a nice conversation as our food was prepared. We ordered the taco salad with carne asada, enchiladas and kids quesadilla with steak. Everything was great. I wish we had this restaurant in Florida where we live. Prices were reasonable and descent portions. I’d definitely go back.

Traveling from San Antonio,Texas, (from the authentic Tex/Mex..lol,) we, stopped in Walker to take a break. Gotta say we were absolutely, incredibly pleased with the Mexican food here. They were very, very busy but service was superb. The staff were all friendly and happy! Even Tommy the owner, stops to say hello and chat.
Been lots of places that are called Mexican food, but I gotta tell ya, y’all gotta come here, this place truly is good Tex/Mexican food.
I would consider it loud, but easy to talk. Only because everyone was enjoying their Family and friendsand enjoying their food.

We stopped for dinner small place barely any parking, and the prices were high relative to the quality and quantity of the food. The waitress was very nice and helpful, but the bill came to $71 for two meals and a drink—enchiladas and fish tacos. Drinks are $4 dollars and the chips and salsa tasted outdated, with canned salsa lacking flavor.

I ordered the fajita trio that cost 30 dollars. They brought me 4 small pieces of cheep stake, 4 small pieces of burnt chiken strips n 3 shrimps on top of burnt bell peppees n onions. Horrible! Not worth 2 bucks! Manager said they call cheap stake fajita. I told her that fajita is a cut of meat like rib eye. I would have give them abpass if it had been rib eye or even cheap flank stake but a bunch of it. I told them, I would not feed that to my dog.

I always fear coming into a restaurant by myself because I am worried that I will be treated differently or forgotten by the waiter I have. I have come into here before with family and never had a complaint so I thought that popping by for lunch would be great, that I would be in and out since they weren’t really busy. Wrong. My issues didn’t start until just after I ordered. My waitress at first was super kind and I was like oh this will be a good visit. I ordered cheese dip, 1 cheese enchilada, 1 side of rice and 1 side of beans. Easy and should be fairly fast. No. when I got the cheese dip it was barely warm, the chips were cold and you could tell they had been sitting out a bit they were kinda stale. When it came to getting my food I watched her take 2 tables order and drink and deliver food and then it was oh let me see where your food is like i ordered a lot. I waited like 12 min for what I ordered and when I got it she was like oh the plate is hot so I figured it was fresh fresh but the cheese ontop of my enchilada was already hardening like it had a film ontop . when i started eating it the cheese inside had already started to solitify too. Sad to say i couldnt even finish my food. 18$ for that was not worth it. I dont think ill be back .
