Like a mediocre boy band whose song is excellent, the spicy chicken sandwich sings to me from the menu board. Here I am again in the drive-through looking at the menu and thinking, “What looks appetizing today?” The song that it sings is not a number 1 hit but in the fast food world of music it’s definitely in the top 10. It’s been on the menu forever and yet every once in a while I want to hear it again. It’s never going to be a gold record but I haven’t reached the point where I was tired of listening.

So this place Was pretty dirty in the dinning area. I had to ask a worker for a wash cloth so I can. Wipe a table off to eat at. The windows looked as if someone was throwing sodas or something of the sort at them there was trash. On the dinning area. And on top. Of it all they took forever to make our food. I’m pretty disappointed with. This. Place. Hopefully if there’s a next time it’ll be a lil better …

Horrible customer service I walked in and was standing there waiting for someone to come out for awhile and there was no one there then when they started walking out the back. I was like hello can order and then someone said ” oh someone will be with you in a minute then started doing something else. Then someone else walked out and i tried to say something to her and she said oh she will be with you in a minute then walked over to the drive through windows and just left me standing there.

Should I order on the app And my food is usually always ready when it’s supposed to be and the staff is very friendly. Tonight I ordered online and when I got there, my food still wasn’t ready, but it did eventually come out, and the worker was apologetic. The food always taste good there’s no problem with that. The staff is very friendly and professional. I believe tonight was an exception so it’s not gonna keep me from coming back. The one real problem that is not their fault is the amount of homeless people is out of control! I walked in tonight, and there was a homeless person with their pants all the way down around their ankles, and about six other homeless people scattered throughout the dining area. Don’t ever use the bathrooms at this location God only knows what happens in there and always take your food to go.

We used the drive-thru at 2 AM to get food to take to our son working a quick turnaround shift. Our food was hot and it came out fairly quick seeing how we got several deep fried items.
