Alessandra was super sweet and patient with us. She was just as sweet and informative to the couple behind us as well! Walked us through the different options as far as menu recommendations and substitutions go. Very very nice and the store was super clean!

By far the worst experience that I have had in a long time. We waited 22 minutes in the drive thru to start. When they asked us what we wanted we said a #3 the double A1 burger with onion rings. She said they didn’t have onion rings and so we just got fries not thinking the burger my husband ordered had onion rings on it. We also ordered 2 chicken basket meals. When we got home literally 8 minutes from the location and pulled the food out it was horrible. I took pictures because it was that bad. The portions on the chicken baskets were the size of a child’s meal and everything was cold in both of them. They also did not put the requested sauce in the bag but instead a random white sauce dipped into a small Styrofoam container. Still have no idea what it was and my husband couldn’t figure it out. My husband is the one who ordered the A1 burger which the meal cost right at $12. Again, it was missing all of the toppings basically. It was old, dry, a burn small piece of bacon on top and a drop of something he couldn’t figure out. His fry container was half empty. Had I not just worked a 14 hour day I would have went straight back but I have another long day ahead and by the time I would have got back it would be closes. Highly disappointed in the entire experience and it was dang sure not worth the $26.93 that I spent.

Great location. Might be newer because it is clean and inviting. Stephanie greeted us as soon as we walked in. She delivered service with a smile. She made an excellent recommendation for my Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. Definitely opt for the extra cheesecake. It’s my new favorite Blizzard.

Was in today for a couple blizzards. Every staff person was busy cleaning, I was greeted by all staff and had the doors held open and handed much needed napkins on my way out. Thank you!
