Mod is always delicious, and they’re USUALLY very friendly and accommodating, but twice now at this location, I’ve had the worker act huffy about my allergies. I didn’t ask for anything more than I usually get from other Mod locations (clean the countertop, use fresh gloves, use a clean cutter, etc), but sometimes they act like I’m being so unreasonable even when there’s hardly anyone waiting in line.

MOD is always really good – I used to come to MOD in U District and was always satisfied. Likewise, this location doesn’t disappoint. Came here 2-3 weeks ago for a pizza and was very satisfied with what I experienced.

Review is based on takeout only. Highly recommend pesto base pizza or the BBQ sauce one. Each pizza is about six slices. Good flavour, ok crust but overall decent pizza. Could have more toppings and presentation of it is ok.

Terrible experience.
I was told on the phone to come in after my pizza order was incorrect, that I would not have to wait in line, and that I would receive a replacement along with a coupon.
When I arrived, the manager asked if I had left a review, demanded a receipt (which I provided), and then said he did not care what the employee on the phone had promised and that I still needed to wait in line.
His behavior was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He appeared disoriented and not fully attentive, which raised concerns about management standards.
Overall, this was a very bad experience and showed poor communication and leadership. I would like to speak with corporate regarding this incident.

The pizza is decent enough, made fresh in front of you. Staff were nice enough. Messed up our pizza (I should have stayed and watched) but they were more than happy to remake even though it was just a quick fix. Appreciated that! Good location from the pacific science center in the armory food area. Plenty of seating. 4 stars for service. 3 stars for food. Always forget to take pictures before we start eating

Good quality and solid value here. Line takes forever is the downside. The amount of time it takes per person is excruciating while you wait. Once you finally pay the pizza is out pretty quickly so that helps

Pleasant surprise to find a wood burning pizza place here. Definitely worth the line wait for the food.

The staff here is so nice! This is our favorite place for my family to eat in Seattle Center. The kids prefer pizza and garlic strips, and I lean toward salads. Unlimited toppings and combinations for either, and they’re very accommodating for picky/particular eaters with the endless customizing that’s available. Love coming here!
