**8/16/24** had astounding service, fries could have been more fresh but everything else was fine. The young man working the window around 7:30pm was fantastic and had such good customer service.
This location is usually a hit or miss. I came on 12/9/2024 around 1 pm and had one of the best services ever. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. My food was fresh and hot. No complaints whatsoever, just want to compliment the work staff and the young gentlemen with loc twists who was very kind and ran my food outside. Great work ethic and professionalism for this work crew!

Took our two toddlers and the place is very clean. They enjoyed dancing to the calm music playing. The manager and staff is really helpful and nice. Food was fresh.

If you want your mcdonalds cold and wrong with a long wait, go to this one. Barely every staffed well past 8pm probably because the franchise owner is too worried about employees checking their phone and committing the unholy act of sitting at the first window than actually keeping them happy and keeping this store staffed on weeknights. Whoever runs this store should be ashamed of themselves

I just want to give a big shout out to this location the past two days. I can’t tell you the last time I got some of that fresh out of the fryer fries, from any McDonald’s. But here I am back to back, with a grin on my face. Both orders were hot and well made, napkins and all in the bag. Keep it up!

I love my McDonald’s in Dent. My food is always hot and the order is accurate. The line is long during weekend breakfast at the drive thru but it moves fast and definitely worth it.

I got a Big Mac and the meat was so dry. When I opened the sandwich it was obvious that it was well past the holding time and should have been discarded and waste counted. There was an employee eating ice cream on the sandwich line

I order here every single morning and get a couple hashbrowns and the past week I was getting sandwiches and every single time I order a sandwich it is wrong I get extra bacon and pay 1.60 for extra bacon and they put a half a piece on the sandwiche what the hell am I gonna do with a half a piece of basin o a bagel that’s one bite come on now guys how hard is it to make a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra bacon!!!!!!
