I recently ordered takeout from Asia Harbor, and it was my first time trying this restaurant. Their menu is huge, and I felt a bit overwhelmed, so I called for help. The lady who answered was extremely patient, answered all my questions, and went over the details with me. She was incredibly helpful.
When I went in to pick up my food, the restaurant felt very welcoming. I had a short conversation with her—she was so friendly, elegant, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious.
I’m really happy with the entire experience and will definitely recommend it to everyone. Next time I plan to dine in. Great restaurant and a wonderful experience!

Ordered the pad thai w/ pork. Not use to so much sauce and could be a tad more sour. Spicy chicken basil was better but again, a tad too sweet and after a couple bites, I noticed no basil. Server brought it back to the kitchen and came out minutes later and apologized the cook forgot to add it but supposedly added more chicken to compensate. First time here and since I’m not local, I won’t be back. Decent restaurant but I’ve had better Thai food.

Went on a “date” with my son, and it was perfect.
I ordered the Boat for 1, and he the teriyaki steak, and some special rolls.
The Boat for 1, definitely more than I anticipated!
The prices were great too!
So much food, it had to come home with us!

We stumbled across this charming place while in downtown Homewood. What a find! Great service, tasty food, huge portions, and a great atmosphere. They were also wise enough to keep me from eating a food with hidden shellfish in it. Even though it’s a long ride, we will gladly come back here again because It beats any Asian food we have where we live.

My BF got takeout last night, gets home and I opened up my food like wth is this? Ann Burell is rolling over in her grave right now. The rice wasn’t fried at all, has NO flavor. Giant chunks of irrelevant vegetables and looked like a bag of frozen peas thrown in the mix! My other dish was supposed to be chicken Lo Mein. Again, no flavor and had some kind of noodle that was not even a noodle. Had HUGe chunks of tomato, onion, baby corn broccoli and the chicken and carrots are cut like 4 inches long. No flavor, the cuts make no sense. Price is awfully ridiculous for what they are putting out there.

This a beautiful relaxing place to visit to eat or just to pick up your meal. The atmosphere is so cozy. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you’re ok while visiting there. We had appetizers and dinner.
I went there with my family (5 in total) and we all loved it.
Definitely a place to visit and we’ll be back

Second time trying this place. Had the Mongolian Beef dish, found it to be extremely salty, big turn off. Egg Rolls were passable, great customer service. This place did not win me over.

I’ve been going here since the early 2000’s and this is the first time that I have to say that the food was an epic fail. I’m truly disappointed. The foo yung seemed undone with no really, lots of onion, the gravy tasted like onion soup mix and my beef and shrimp fried rice wasn’t brown enough for my taste.
The glass noodles with beef and shrimp added was just ok. Didn’t wow me like the days of old. And the fact that you can’t get shrimp in your egg roll is crazy. The peas weren’t cooked all the way though, pretty al dente metaphorically speaking and the food made my stomach hurt. $94 wasted. Maybe it’s because i went on a Monday? Idk, but I’ve always went there on Fridays in the past which shouldn’t make any difference since it’s about the consistency of quality. I guess it’ll be another 3-4 years before I think about going back. Super disappointed

I have ordered carry-out from Asian Harbor for many years and in the past have loved their food. The last few times, not so much… the Thai-fried rice that I ordered today was very bland with no hint of “Thai-style seasoning” mentioned in the menu description. Same for the “Spicy Basil fried rice” that I ordered a month ago. The Vietnamese spring rolls are usually on my order but I passed today, as the quality has declined as well the last couple of times; mostly lettuce and the rice paper wrapper hard and chewy. It’s going to be quite awhile before I order from here again!
