I was low on shields and stopped by this sonic, got some mozzarella sticks to heal up and they asked me if I want ranch or marina to which I simply refused. These mozzarella sticks were not for recreational use, purely to maintain peak male performance. Upon receiving my order, I was blessed with not 1.. not 2.. not even 3.

**UPDATE 5 DAYS LATER*** STILL NEVER RECEIVED CHEESE FRIES, EVEN AFTER DRIVING BACK, LEAVING REVIEW, AND BEING INTERVIEWED FROM A “HIGHER UP”, ALL THEY’VE TOLD ME IS THAT THEY’VE NOTED MY COMPLAINT WITH THE FRANCHISE OWNER. UNBELIEVABLE. I’VE WASTED SO MUCH TIME. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
Make sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD before you drive away. Husband picked up lunch here for us yesterday, assumed all was good. I get my meal out and we’re missing my large cheese fries and the rest of the food was cold. I’ve been really looking forward to these cheese fries. I took a longer lunch break to drive back and ask for my cheese fries. They were so rude. They said without a receipt they wouldn’t help me. I don’t even know if the lady gave my husband a receipt. Terrible service. Ruined my whole day.

Just went to through drive-thru. Just got a Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade with 1 little lime, no cherries and hardly any cherry juice. Tasted like nothing! Very disappointed!

None of these were eaten out of yet, this how our large tots were filled 10/17/24. If you’re low on tots in stock maybe a large order shouldn’t be accepted. They just didn’t look filled up enough to me. Thanks

Honestly one of the few places I will give a 5 star everything to because, the food is always made the same, you dont have to worry about it being over cooked or anything . They also don’t over price their food like McDonald’s or Wendy’s ect I can actually buy more then 2 things under 10$ , further more I actually like more things on the menu here then anywhere else. Trust me im not favoring it cause its one of my favorite places, its also the staff they dont act like ” really they’re making me go back in ” or anything if they get an order wrong they don’t get mad at you this is one of the only places where they made sure u got condiments (most the time) . Now….the downside of it is sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes or so per order if there’s a long wait which is understandable but if u got multiple people waiting then sometimes I just leave .Otherwise the wait is the only real problem I have with this place otherwise if u want good consistency go here . Good job sonic.
