My experience was pleasantly surprising. As ordering in store has become an increasingly hands off/use the kiosk scenario, I was shocked when an employee asked if I was ready to place my order with her at the counter. As more and more McDonalds will refuse to help you out, other than shuffle you over to the big screens, refusing even consideration of taking your order themselves, it was nice to know that there are some places left that understand the value of customer service and a moniker of human interaction and decency! Bravo

Just got breakfast at 6am and the biscuit was hard and hardly like warm. The hash brown was cold. The employee at the second window didn’t even say a word to us. We were coming home from the er and just needed something quick. Big disappointment

WHAT IS THIS DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER… one pickle?! And half a patty and some odd looking yellow fungus??? Service is absolutely garbage. Made us go through the drive through three times for some mobile orders. We spent like an hour in the drive through!!! Skip this low place. The food was not ever up to par.

It has been going on for about four months now that if you use the app out of every three orders count on at least one being shorted food.
I’ve gotten in the habit of checking of my orders in front of them and they miraculously remember just as I’m looking in the bag that they forgot items.

This place is my usual “last-minute/ no time to cook” go to. They are usually pretty good, fast and efficient with my orders with an occasional “small mistake.” Like, maybe they missed an extra fry that I ordered because I usually ordered one too many fries. But today, I just don’t have a clear understanding of the mistake made. I ordered a big mac with no cheese, add tomatoes. Says it right on the order ticket. I ordered a large Diet Coke, cheeseburger, and McChicken. Once I got home I opened the cheeseburger and saw that it was missing the most important part—the burger! How does that happen? Called in and spoke with two people: both informing me that because I didn’t take my receipt with me they couldn’t do anything to make things better. Moral of the story: take your receipt with you always or go to a better McDonald locations.

Order is more often then not wrong and for some reason this particular location enjoys putting the person that speaks the least amount of English at order window I don’t have issues with people that don’t speak much English but maybe let’s try a different spot in the restaurant just a thought not the point I guess even ordering online still screw it up somehow it’s like they get a bonus for screwing up a order

Consistency in this location. Clean dining area and bathroom. Not much to say about it but the staff were busy and weren’t disrespectful or putting off customers. Good manners for the young man working the counter too.
