Disclaimer: I wrote this review while I was waiting in the drive thru. The wait was so long i just had to write a review. Do not come here if u want a quick snack or anything on the go. Got here at around 9:40 ish maybe alittle after, I wasn’t keeping track. I didn’t think this was going to turn into a waiting game. At first I thought they were closed, I pulled up to the drive through and no one said anything for 5 mins. So I drove off but notice one car at the window so they were open. So I went to one of the lanes pressed the button and waited again. No one came, I noticed people pulling through the drive through so I went back to there. (Keep in mind there was only 4 cars maybe 3 when I pulled up. It’s not busy at all) I went back to the drive through and waited again this time someone actually said something and told me they would be with me in a second. I waited and that’s when I took the picture of the time. Still currently waiting for service. I am not looking for discounts or anything to compensate my time other then an explanation of why this location cannot handle 4 cars of traffic but chick fil a can handle 20 people. U guys need to either have a manager present who actually cares about his job or the owner HIMSELF needs to care and check up on this location. It’s ridiculous. There is 4 cars here and it took till 10:09 for me to place my order. Just to place the order. The normal person would have just left. And they did. I watched 5 cars while I was here drive off. I won’t even compare this service to chick fil a because that would be disrespectful. Even McDonald’s has never had me wait like this even when they have a line of cars. This place wasn’t even busy. The food is usually fine here, I haven’t gotten my food yet but I had a lot of time to kill so I started this review. It’s sad when the service is so bad u have time to write a review before you even get the food. I drove out of my way to come here is the ONLY reason I decided to wait that and all the time I had already spent waiting just to place a order. Doubt I’ll come back unless I have a hour of time to kill while I wait to get my food from a FAST FOOD restaurant. Also while I was waiting for one of the lanes and I had already pressed the button 3 times at this point out of frustration someone else pulled into the lane next to me and they pressed the button twice.. and the person actually took their order before me! At this point I’m thinking my lane much be broke. But as soon as I go to pull out and go to another lane someone said something but I guess since I was pulling out they thought I left i literally pulled right back but had to wait. The person who pulled in after I had been here for 10 mins had finished placing their order fully by the time they decided to come back and take mine. This is all happening in real time so sorry if I’m frustrated. And again I don’t want any comp or anything type of free anything. I just need this to be fixed. There is no reason for a drive thru style fast food restaurant cannot handle 4 cars of traffic and place new ordered. It’s literally a DRIVE THRU fast food place. Idk what’s keeping this place open. Either the owner has deep pockets and doesn’t care about his investment or the food is just THAT good. Still waiting for my food so we will see. I added pictures of the clock so u can share in the joy of time wasting. The first picture I took of the time was after I had already been waiting forever in the drive thru style fast food restaurants drive thru for 10 mins. I’ve honestly NEVER seen a wait like this. Especially with basically zero traffic. I can’t stress enough how not busy it is. And I think that’s what’s making this so frustrating. All I want is the owner to explain to me what this issue is. It’s Sunday, feb 22 I got here around 9:40 and it’s 10:25 currently. Finally got my food at 10:48. Incredible. I don’t want free food or a discount I just want an explanation of how that could happen at a drive thru style fast food restaurant

Arrived 8 minutes after placing an order in the app. Waited 25 minutes after checking in before I could catch someone to ask about my food. Food came 10 minutes after that with the info that the shake machine was down. I asked for info about franchise owner or manager. Employee never came back. Saw another employee delivering shakes to someone else. Asked them. Shake machine apparently was not down. Requested refund. Was told I have to request through the app. Talked to customer support and they couldn’t/wouldn’t refund because it was only part of the order. Asked for information to complain to the franchise owner no one would give me any info. Please reconsider giving any of your money to this location.

First of all, I started in the drive thru line but, it was taking so long I decided to pull up to one of those order lanes. I ordered 2 small moz sticks, onion rings, and some fries. You would think that wouldn’t take long , right? WRONG! After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I received just 1 order of moz sticks. I told the girl working my lane that i had 2 small orders & no sauce to go with. She then proceeded to bring me two ,exactly that, two mozzarella sticks (as pictured) attempting to be funny after already having a bad attitude. However I gave the service a 2 because of the black girl who helped get my order together. I say all this to say, just drive 10 more minutes down the road to the one on schillinger.

5 cars waiting all in different areas of parking lot. I waited in the drive thru for 25 min at the speaker phone and nothing. Went to park and clicked the button to try and order and they stated drive thru only. Not worth it they need new employees. Weren’t even in uniform one of them in pj pants and crocs all while I watch them get orders wrongs and people walking up to the store.

The food and drinks are typically delicious, it’s just a matter of getting them in a timely manner. I attempted to order a cherry limeade and a SINGULAR pretzel, tell me why I waited 20 mins for my drink itself, I ringed the bell again in hopes to chat with them and remind them of my initial order as well as add a pretzel. Well, 12 mins later and STILL NO DRINK OR PRETZEL. I ringed the red button one more time to let them know that sadly I have to leave now since it had already been 32ish minutes without receiving anything and I have an appointment to get to but they didn’t even answer the bell. So much for FAST food pookie jus wanted a limeade and a pretzel

Hey so this place is probably the worst. We waited 40 minutes. All we got was 7 drinks that’s it. It doesn’t take that long when there’s only a few cars. My Aunt walked up to the door to see what’s taking so long and they were all on there phones with our drinks on the counter melting. When my Aunt got back in the car it took them 5 more minutes. They ever was serving cars that got there after us there food. Make it make since. Never comeing back.

I wish I could leave them with a 0* review. Wife and I ordered through the drive up machine and paid there with a credit card. 40 minutes later I flagged someone down and inquired on our food, he said he was going to check on it. 10 minutes later, still no food and no reply. Still, no one would answer the machine again so I stuck my head inside the door and inquired about our food. The said they had just dropped the fries in. I requested a refund and immediately a young lady behind the counter said our order was ready, I asked if our food was still hot and she said yes. She handed it to me and I felt the bag and it felt cold to me. Once back at the car we opened the bag and everything was room temp, NO warmth. I managed to flag someone down again an told the the problem and they said ok. 15 minutes later we were still waiting. I went back to their door and stuck my head back in to be told then I couldn’t do that. I immediately told the the problem again and they said just ok. They then told me to step out of the door way and didn’t told me no refund. We left our bag by the post we parked at and left. We tried to find a phone number for their customer service but couldn’t find one. I am now calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. We weren’t the only customers there having problems. We were in stall 19 on Jan 19, 2026 and finally placed the order at 2:57pm.
— UPDATE – – – 2-6-26 It has been over 2 weeks now after I contacted Corporate and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I guess they don’t care about their customers.

Sonics has really gone doooownhill and it’s sad. I ordered a Diet Cherry limeade and a smashburger… That’s it. After 20 minutes, a guy who may or may not had been a type of manager said they lost my order and offered me a free item, which was appreciative. I asked for an onion ring. He returned a few minutes later with my original order and stated it would be a 10 min wait on the onion ring… When I left and started eating my food, it was terrible the burger was salty, the onion rings for some reason were sweet and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, and I doubted if the Diet Cherry limeade was actually diet cause it was too delicious. Overall, Sonic just isn’t what it use to be and it’s sad. I don’t think I will be going back

I love going here and I’m never disappointed. I loved the picklerita and the pickle burger and pickle tots and I love their jalapeno poppers. I wish they’d make the picklerita on the menu forever.

The wait times even for order placed in the app are a no. Do they know it’s fast food? There were black specks on the tots and the burger. I don’t even want to know the condition of the cooking area. After it all, paid for a slushie I didn’t receive and the smash burger was most definitely the regular patty on the potato bun. As a newbie to the city, this location is a pass for me.
