Guess my fault for going there within 30 minutes of closing time. Would have returned it but by the time I got back to the hotel, they were already closed. Awful, maybe got 2 pieces worth eating.

KFC has delicious food. I picked up two large coleslaw sides and a large mac & cheese side. Each large side was $4.99. I get home and all of the bowls are filled halfway. Definitely not five dollars worth of Sides. I am super disappointed and I spent almost $20 for 3 sides and a drink.

I don’t believe I have ever left a google review but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The lady working on the evening of Dec. 1 2025 had 0 respect and acted as if we had done something wrong. She wouldn’t speak to us besides saying one or two words at a time in a demanding tone. I have always been a fan of KFC but I can say with all honesty that we will never be returning to the location on SR 26 in Lafayette again. Very disappointing. People like this have no business being in a service industry.

Ordered 2 8 piece chicken baskets at around 420PM through the app with a pick up time at 5PM. Got there at 455PM and confirmed the order was not ready with them. I continued to wait until 545PM. There was several other people who waited well over 30 minutes while I was there as we are were expressing our frustration. There were multiple orders that were cancelled by uber drivers due to their order not being ready after a long wait.

went for lunch today the guy at the window hands me my drink and says “here’s your dr pepper ,at least o hope it’s Dr pepper” it was not Dr pepper i ordered a nashville hot famous bowl every single time i come here it is always wrong never has nashville hot sauce on it kind of confused how you can mess up every single time i chose to come here

UPDATE: When I returned the next day, the manager instructed employee to give me two Taste of KFC Deals without issue. I’ve upgraded my one star to three. ORIGINAL: Using app, I ordered two Taste of KFC 2-pc. Deals, each to be served with two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuit. Received two family sized bowls of coleslaw instead. NO chicken, NO potatoes, NO biscuits. I expect a satisfactory resolution when I go back tomorrow.

I recently ordered from tge store on South Street. Upon getting home, I realized that my food was not what I ordered aside from the chicken. I ordered mac and cheese and coleslaw and got double mashed potatoes and gravy instead. Ugh! The workers were all over the place and clearly distracted by phones and other things. Very disappointing. I should have checked my order before I left.

Very disappointed most of our order was missed and what we did get was definitely below standards like we ordered an all dark bucket and what we got was a standard bucket with old chicken mac and cheese that was in same bowl as the mashed potatoes that they just tryed to cover it up by adding more mash and we got no gravy
