One of the great pubs in Plano. Amazing beer selection, great food, very friendly staff, and amazing atmosphere. Seating inside and out. This is one of my favorite true pubs in the area. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was outstanding. Friends had the burgers and loved them. Chips and Queso were very good! Never disappoints. We really enjoyed our visit again. Highly recommend!

So nice we tried it twice. Visited the Filmore after getting into the area for a business trip. Did not knock anything about Plano or where to go but pictures online gave off a nice vibe. Enjoyed the large bar with plenty of seating and liked the spacious interior. It was pretty slow on a Monday evening but I can tell the spot would be fun for trivia live music and sports which it looked like all were scheduled. I loved that there were folks playing board games in the booths. Overall it gives a lived-in vibe inside and a nice pub feel from the outside. Service from the bartenders was fine, strikes me as a place where being a regular probably makes a difference. I enjoyed a local red ale and a sour both nicely temped from the tap. I also got the curry. Good price for the amount of food I had plenty left for breakfast. It smells amazing coming out to. Just beware it is pretty spicy even if you pick of the fresh jalapenos. The area it’s in is very walkable with convenient street parking and several lots nearby. Definitely a good spot to stop in if you are doing a little bar hopping. A few days later I came back in and enjoyed a beer on the very nice patio with excellent table service. Overall I really liked the Fillmore and if I lived in the area I feel like I’d find myself here weekly. As it is, next trip in I’ll be stopping by.

Great little pub. Small but nice draft selection. Way better than necessary mixology. Brunch was great— thin crispy hash browns, the sausage gravy was wonderful too. Breakfast burger really hit the spot!

Sarah was great she recommended the Roast Beast sandwich for $13 which tbh I wouldn’t have ordered but it was a perfect French dip! Not too big, just enough cheese and a great au jus. The parm fries are a $5.50 up charge but worth it! They came with an aoli which was lovely. My mom had the lunch half Reuben delish and the half beef stew for only ten bucks! She suffered no upcharges. Her vodka tonic was only $6.50.

The chicken sliders were amazing!!! Buns were toasted just right, chicken perfectly crisp and sauce complimented it perfectly! The black bean nachos were to die for especially with the avocado sauce! Service was awesome, Destiny did not disappoint! The pink drink and old fashioned daiquiri was delicious and perfect for a nice sunny day! Will be back for sure!

Such a great find in Downtown Plano! The Fillmore Pub has a cozy, welcoming vibe with a good mix of classic pub energy and modern comfort.

They’ve got a great selection of drinks, and the food menu is solid. I tried one of their house specials and was not disappointed — great flavors and portion size. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better.

Perfect place to hang out with friends, grab a pint, and enjoy the downtown scene. Excited to see how this new spot grows!

First time in, looking for a new watering hole. I’m digging it. Great old pub feel, old wood look, the very look you’re hoping for in a “pub”. Sat at the bar and asked for some recommendations. Ordered the Chicken Sliders and Chips, and was very happy with the recommendation. Great taste and well portioned. Huge selection of spirits for all discriminating tastes. Crowd was was laid back and seemed like a great local/neighborhood feel. Good for social gatherings and dates. Ben and Alexis (over there/ over here) were both very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Definitely will be coming back often. Deuce and Stephanie are also great.

The food is delicious!
My plate was sparking empty cuz I made sure I had them all.
The waiter was friendly and attentive!
The price is readable and portion of food is appropriate.
It was quite empty during lunch time so it was a great place for a group and great conversation.

In general, this place is clearly an icon or staple in old Plano. If you sit at the bar, ask for Joey, Salt of the earth and wise beyond his years. So impressed. If you get “deuce” or “Ben” don’t expect much except used rhetoric, selfishness and misguided conversation. They’re still figuring it out and likely won’t be employed there much longer if I had to guess. Life is “funny”, certain folks always have the answer and “know” what the right thing is to say or do in most situations. Unfortunately, Ben and deuce do not have these qualities. Food great, beer selection great, bartenders hit or miss. I can’t give less than 4 stars because the overall vibe is there…the staff needs work. That guy “Ben”, literally didn’t like the conversation I was having with another patron, butted in, made his claim and made it gospel…I paid my tab and left, forgetting my leftovers in styrofoam…I went back in…”Ben” had already convinced himself that throwing out my leftovers, that I paid for was okay because he didn’t like what he heard. Just another day, another person who can’t handle truth. Wake up. People like Ben remind me of why it’s not okay to be judgmental or get involved in other people’s business when I have zero context as to the origin or foundation of the discussion. He’s destined for failure….unless………..

4 stars is about 3 too high based on Ben’s attitude and actions this evening….when I asked about my leftovers, he got immediately irritated, shaken, and walked away into the kitchen like an injured animal. That said, I reserve the right to change my rating in the future..especially if either of those guys still works there. This would be a bad reflection on the pub itself IMHO.

In general, and I fully realize this is a very general statement, I’m finally convinced people just don’t like to hear the truth, regardless of how it’s delivered. As Bruce Hornsby & The Range once sang, that’s just the way it is.
