CFA has awesome food. That’s true pretty much at every franchise. But what sets CFA way above other fast food has always been the people who work there and their polite customer service. This one fails. Four guys in the drive thru area laughing, carrying on, kinda rude, not paying attention, not a hello, goodbye…for fast food, CFA is pricey. If you can’t look at me and smile while taking my $$, forget it.

I haven’t been to Chick-Fil-A in a while so I decided to come in and treat my son to something after his high school concert. The staff is Wonderful no complaints there the store very clean, but my complaint comes in with my food. The only thing that was right was my Kale Salad and Tea. My son scanned his awards for his free medium fry never got it. I asked for a Spicy Grilled Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese no pickles I got a fried sandwich and I couldn’t bring it back cause I was already home. I never got a receipt

I want to update my comment: the Owner Mr. Ryan absolutely amazing. He reached out to make sure my next experience is better and for that I am Grateful and Thankful.

I ordered breakfast through the app and picked it up through drive thru. My food was ready but the coffee (peppermint) wasn’t and it took several minutes for them to bring it out. Fortunately my food was still hot even after I got home.

Went in for a quick lunch with a friend earlier today.

Our food was brought out to us very quickly. The chicken sandwich was tasty, and the fries were amazing. This was my first time ordering Chick-fil-A, and after this experience I’ll likely come again!

This afternoon, my daughter and her friend were dining inside the Chick-fil-A located at 12001 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown, MD 21136, when they were approached by the manager and told they had to leave because students were not allowed to dine in.

They were paying customers, had already purchased their meals, and were not being disruptive, loud, or inappropriate in any way. They were simply eating and were in the middle of their meal when they were asked to leave immediately. No prior notice or explanation was given beyond the statement that students were not permitted to stay.

What makes this especially concerning is that it was approximately 20 degrees outside. The girls were forced to leave mid-meal and then figure out where they could go to finish eating in unsafe and uncomfortable conditions.

Asking students who are paying customers to leave abruptly in freezing weather is not only poor customer service but also shows a lack of consideration for their safety.

I am very disappointed by this experience and hope it can be addressed so no other families have to encounter a similar situation.

RESPONSE to the OWNER-Thank you for taking the time to respond and for explaining the policy. I completely understand and appreciate the importance of keeping guests and team members safe.

While I understand that policies are put in place for a reason, I believe there should be room for discretion, particularly when customers are complying with expectations and posing no risk. Being grouped into a broad category based solely on age, without regard to individual behavior, was disappointing and does not align with the welcoming environment Chick-fil-A is known for

As a suggestion for the future, perhaps your team could consider a student-specific rewards program where students earn points not only for purchases but also for academic achievements by uploading proof of good grades through the app. Points could unlock badges and incentives, with the “Golden Cow” reward” granting dine-in privileges. Students could wear a badge on a lanyard so staff can easily identify them.

I ordered drive through less than 10 minutes before closing (fast food no no) but I had absolutely no issues with service! I heard the previous customer berating the team a few orders ahead, and when I came to the window, I learned THE CUSTOMER was just complaining over her order of one ice cream cone. “Cup” as the customer HAD to say. Anyway, I was able to share my gratitude with the team and they were still in good spirits after a nasty person like that. Chick-Fil-A has an amazing reputation, and this location doesn’t slip up!

Can be a little expensive for what it is, but it’s a perfect outing for our 3 year old. Good amenities for kids. The family events are well attended and can be a little chaotic, but they’re fun.

The food was ultimately okay, I visited this location late afternoon on a Monday and there was no wait in the drive thru. I had to repeat every part of my order at least twice for it to be understood. It was a frustrating situation, but the service after that point was good. The food was typical standard for Chick-fil-a.

Waited an excessive amount of time in the drive thru with both lanes open ..3 cars in line.I paid cash and the kid at the window quickly hands me the change of $3.00 dollars bills with multiple coins underneath the recent.Well, the coins fell all over the I side of my car and she just gave a blank stare with no apology??? PLEASE train these kids in customer consideration and etiquette. Thanks.
