I always experience long waits here, as they rarely use their ordering system properly. Today, after waiting for an hour, my pizza was still not ready. I had to go in person, only to find that they had it prepared; they just forgot to update the system. To my surprise, the pizza I ordered was Hawaiian, but they only made half of it.

Placed an order through mobile and when I got to this location they took over 40 minutes to give me my order. This was during dinner rush but the level of professionalism is out the door. They kept yelling out names that no one was answering to. Workers looked like they were lost and didn’t know who to talk to first. I asked for my order and said it was going to be a while and even gave them my name and mentioned I placed an order on mobile. Well, that while was over 40 minutes. They even had the nerve to help their own friends who were coming in after I did and gave them their order as soon as they arrived. I’m pretty sure they gave their friends my order because I over heard their orders and it was very similar to mine. Management needs to do better with their workers.

What to say about little ceaser you get what you pay for at the end of the day. If we’re eating it it’s because it’s the cheapest in town. It’s the only closest location if you live in the opposite direction from them. Been here a couple times a month did some comparison shopping with other pizza places and there prices came out to be the cheapest. My recent two experience of going there I’ll talk about. On one occasion I went there I placed an order online when I got there the order didn’t go through to them but it worked on my side even got the confirmation numbers. The youg lady that was there remedy the situation for it not going through correctly I did have to wait for the pizzas to be remade but customer service was good,which I was satisfied. The latest purchase was done on the phone went there paid for it in person everything was good took photos as well.

Walked in to order pizza. As I was waiting in line I saw the person preparing (some teenage looking guy with a blue hat) the pizza wipe his nose twice with the back of his gloveless hand then proceeded to prepare food without washing his hands. I confronted him and telling him to wash his hands before working on the food but his excuse for not washing his hands was that he didn’t touch his fingers!!! Disgusting before leaving I made sure to let everyone waiting on their food know because that’s how people end up getting sick.

The food is always made ans delicious that’s not the issue . Many times I have walked in and have seen one particular worker always being confrontation with various costumers. Snarky, and even called one customer chunky as she walked back.
Multiple times she has escalates the situation, understandably with some rude costumers, but most where triggered by her attitude. One occasion she was about to go outside to fight.
I understand I have worked through college in crazy enviroment , but never treated costumers like that.
It is usually only her, all the othet staff has been great and even when they had rough costumers know how to de escalate.
I cant say a name because staff doesnt wear name badges . But shes slim Caucasian girl , always wears hat , with ying yang black and red tatoo on her right arm.

It’s really hit or miss with this place and the one in San Jacinto. Sometimes they’re ridiculously packed, other times not. Same with the food. Sometimes it’s really bomb and other times, not so much. Tonight was not so much. They were pretty busy, but it went surprisingly quick. They did have what I ordered ready which was nice. When I got home, I opened my crazy bread bag and was so sad. They were almost burnt and the dark ends were super hard. The pizza on the other hand was so not a total disappointment.
