I selected Lapin à la moutarde, followed by Tarte fine aux pommes. Both dishes were executed to an exceptional standard. The rabbit was tender and delicately balanced, with the mustard sauce neither overpowering nor timid, but carefully judged to enhance the quality of the meat. The dessert was equally impressive, precise, light and elegant, with well-judged sweetness and a crisp that demonstrated technical confidence rather than excess.
The atmosphere was refined yet welcoming, striking an excellent balance between comfort and sophistication. Service was attentive, professional and discreet, delivered with a level of care that enhances rather than interrupts the dining experience.
Overall, this is a brasserie that demonstrates consistency, competence and genuine culinary intent. I will most certainly be returning and would recommend it without hesitation.

Brasserie Blanc has a lovely and cozy interior, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and beautifully presented — I especially love the escargots (snails). However, the last time we ordered fish, it was served on a plate swimming in oil. The fish itself was delicious, but because of the excess oil, it turned out a bit too greasy.

Food is good, the steak is amazing, all the food is good. If the ile flottante served in warm crème anglasie that will be perfect.
