Victor’s Celtic Coffee & Roasters isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s a sanctuary. Nestled in the heart of Redmond, this place feels like a cozy cottage you stumble into on a misty walk through the Irish countryside. It’s warm, inviting, and full of character, literally. Every nook is packed with eclectic decor, handwritten notes, and Celtic vibes that make the space feel like a storybook.

The Coffee:
The beans are roasted in-house and it shows. Whether you’re into a dark, earthy roast or something lighter with floral notes, they’ve got you covered. The baristas know their stuff and pour every drink with intention. The espresso drinks are rich and smooth, and their house special, the “Victor’s Mocha” is a chocolatey dream without being overly sweet.

This is where Victor’s really shines. Think: low lighting, stained-glass lamps, rustic wood furniture, and quiet indie music in the background. It’s the kind of place where you can write a novel, have a deep conversation, or just sit and reflect. The handwritten signs everywhere make you feel like you’re part of a community, not just a customer.

Friendly and unpretentious. The staff treats you like a regular even if it’s your first time. You’ll often find locals reading, remote workers nestled into corners, and friends catching up over a fresh pastry.

I love, Victor’s coffee! When I visit in Redmond, WA from KY. They have excellent customer service. I am handicapped so they bring me my favorite, Java Jane to my table. There coffee and food choices are very delicious. I recommend this coffee shop to every one. The best in town.

Cozy vibe. Fresh roasted coffee. Lots of seats and parking (up to 2 hours). The coffee menu didn’t have prices, so that was a bit confusing.

Very unique and homely coffee store.

Staff are very kind and patient to explain the menu, and the coffee tastes great, and the sandwich is yummy.

The place is dog friendly, which is a plus!! Have plenty of seats and area, great for weekend family gathering or just hanging out with friends for a very chilled and lay back holidays.

Cozy Find!! This coffee shop stands out as a cozy spot with a unique setup. During my visit, I found the staff to be friendly, and the menu offered some interesting options. The Irish Nudge and Mandarin drink were enjoyable, and they also have basic pastries to complement your coffee. It’s a decent spot to grab a drink and relax while exploring the city. Price is $$$$ – 2 coffees + 1 muffin for $18

Amazing place with great coffee, matcha latte, friendly staff, and a cozy analog atmosphere that’s hard to find. Just wish their pastries were better – they have a good variety but they are pretty mediocre in my opinion.

Nice options for pastries. Good variety and always fresh. Coffee is improving and making the effort to be more consistent. Nice atmosphere to just chill and take in the rotating art they feature on the surrounding walls. And a fun playlist of variety music in background.

My spouse and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and we were extremely disappointed. The staff and service was great! Coffee was standard, matcha was okay. We both got the make your own breakfast sandwich and wow, that was inedible. Our eggs on the sandwich had a green tinge to them, our napkins and the whole place smelt of mildew. To top everything off, 1 latte, 1 matcha, 2 sandwiches was nearly 50 bucks before tip. Extremely disappointed in this place.

A really incredible and unique experience. Best experienced by getting everything “for here”, which isn’t the usual anymore. Could envision myself staying inside for hours if I lived close by. It’s a lovely interior with a very nice staff, good coffee, and a nice rooted Irish culture. I had been meaning to visit for quite some time and I’m glad I did, didn’t disappoint. Good cappuccino, but good drip as well.
