Food service is awful drive-through experience is never great. I do online order to be able just to pick it up on my way to work and the girls at the windows are always rude. They don’t remember my order. They always forget stuff that I have to sit there and wait for them to get the rest of my order. It’s just ridiculous like come on guys. It’s Burger King early in the morning customer service. I don’t get it. They never give me enough sugar packets for my coffee. I say can I have some more sugar packets and they’re like oh it’s all in there for you and I say no you never give me enough. Can I have some more and it’s literally like I’m asking you to give me dollar bills Will not be doing my online ordering pick up from that Burger King. I will go down the road on my way to work and hit the three Burger King that are on my way.

Weather was sunny and in the sixties. Staff seemed a little stressed however the lady who took our order was nice and offered us half-ies. That is when they will give you half fries half onion rings. Cool I think. I got the pick 3 for $7. I love the onion rings and the onion ring sauce. Overall the food was hot and as ordered. It is a newer Burger King and was clean and without a lot of noise. So, Im not a complete fan of Burger King or fast food in general. However when hunger strikes you gotta do what you gotta do. And I must say that this burger king is by far the best one I have been to yet. Everyone was so sweet and inviting and the food was fresh, hot, and yummy. Highly recommend!

Last night around 1030pm we went to this location. We ordered 2 sets of the 3/$7. Paid got our drink and asked to move forward due to their timer.(lol when does that ever matter here) We pulled up and waited 10 mins. I know that the one sandwich we ordered only takes 3 mins to cook fresh. Only ones there…. Pulled back, was asked what we needed. We asked for our food….it was just sitting on their bags getting cold. Reached in bags for our food everything was cold. Asked for new food and it was like it was the end of the world. I don’t recommend this location at all. It has only gotten worse over time. Someone needs to remove and retrain management and staff.

I want to share my recent experience at a local Burger King, and it’s all thanks to an outstanding employee named Cinnamon. Every time I visit this location, Cinnamon goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly sets her apart, and she makes every visit feel special.
What really impressed me is that Cinnamon remembers my name! I hadn’t been to this location in about a week, and when I walked in tonight, she greeted me with, “Hey John, nice to see you.” This kind of personalized attention is rare these days and is exactly what establishments need to foster loyal customers.
Cinnamon’s friendliness and dedication are truly commendable, and she’s the reason I’ll continue to visit this Burger King. She’s a gem, and I hope her efforts are recognized. Thank you, Cinnamon, for making every visit a great one!

The manager is excellent. I asked for extra sauce and with no questions asked she gave it to me . I was at another burger king that I used to visit daily and I was refused an extra sauce. I was told in a snotty way that it was gonna be 63 cents. So now I go to McDonald’s across the street and drop my daily 25 bucks there instead.. over one sauce..

From the time we arrived there was no one in the parking lot or drive through. There’s was a black girl on the speaker who asked us to wait, after 9 minutes of silence we said hello, she reluctantly replied a minute later, as if she was completely disturbed and bothered by us asking if we could order. We finally got our order in, and when we drove around to the window, she completely ignored us for another 10 minutes. Not once made eye contact or gave us any confirmation of our order or existence. Yet I see the huge braids constantly at my window with her back turned to us. When our meal or whatever we got was done, she turned and threw it into our car, and just as quickly turned around and slammed the customer service window.

I wish I could leave service at no stars. They are sad. Dirty and disrespectful. Don’t use the bathroom or ask for sauce. After I donated extra to their cause they refused me a sauce because I wouldn’t pay extra. It’s sad that after you spend $40 they refuse you a pack of ranch sauce

Getting worse each time I go. Stop for my child to get kids nugget meal and paid an extra dollar to switch from a box of apple juice to a cup of soda. If anything it should be discounted for picking a cheaper item. If it wasn’t for my kid wanting food there I wouldn’t even stop there. Would not miss them if they disappeared throughout the US.
