This is a good little spot. The cici’s here isn’t huge but its plenty size for regular days. It gets packed on the weekend! Food is pretty spot on, can’t complain. Don’t expect crispy pizza when they are packed, can’t really blame them when they have to keep pumping pizzas out. If you want their best go on a weekday when its not crazy busy. That’s whej they taste best.

First off the service is slow on top of that it’s nasty!!! The food is cold, tables are disgusting & a worker that was supposedly cleaning the lobby was digging in her behind while in-front of customers. In the picture the wings were $7 & absolutely disgusting & hard & smelt burnt also had a weird taste.

So on my social media feed there is a Coupon for Monday and Tuesday All u can eat buffet at the Cordova TN location and I go to lunch there at 11am Tuesday 11/13/26 I asked the Spanish Lady how much an all I can eat buffet is,and does it include salad bar? She says yes, it’s $13.99 then I say, are you sure it’s not $5.99 ? And I show her the $5.99 price on their own website, she rolls her eyes and adjusts the price !! Then I say I want some water and she says the only water they have is the 3.99 bottle water as she tells me the water button on the soda fountain is broken…so as I’m eating my pizza I notice people getting water out of the soda fountain, then I go take my unopened bottle water back to the Spanish manager lady and tell her I just need a cup for some ice water …she again tells me it’s broken , at this point I just roll my eyes….this is ridiculous, you know between the sub par pizza and salad and the ladies dishonesty about a simple cup of water … it’s no wonder I live across the street and the last time I went there was in the 2001

After a long time away from CiCi’s due to displeasure with the food not being fresh, the uncleanliness of the establishment, and the overall atmosphere, my husband and I decided to stop by and Im glad that we did. The food was deliciously fresh and flavorful. J’air and staff warmly greeted us as we walked in the atmosphere was great. Clean establishment, I would recommend CiCi’ in the Cordova tennessee area to all families. Please go you’ll be glad that you did.

I came here approximately 8pm on May 9, 2025. The guys that supposed to make the pizza are hiding in the bathroom and even after they went back to the kitchen they barely made any pizza. Mind you this place don’t close for another 2 hours upon my arrival. The guy with the pony tail in the photo drop a pizza cutter from the floor and placed it back in the counter. And yes that dirty pizza cutter was used to cut a new pizza

This was by far the worst experience ever. I have never been to a buffet that never had food on it . And I mean like for more than 20 min at a time it was no food out there were 6 at least employees that I saw . The line to enter was consistent and upon entry people was noticing no food. So we began to talk about it and other guest said it had been like that earlier in the week I think this is very inappropriate how can you properly run a business that suppose to be a buffet and you can’t even stock it for guest . Yet I snapped a pic and a worker was in the back but inn sight eating the pizza of his choice and oh yea the spinach pizza and buffalo chicken pizza posted say there for soooooo long nobody was getting it and it was the only choices for so long

Ordered a few pizza n pizza bread too… didn’t received dipping sauce for the bread.. had to go back for it n only gave me 4 cups …a little stingy with the sauce… when we spent over $50…

I was disappointed because the atmosphere was not what I expected
It was very loud, very nasty and the customer service was pretty much non-existent.
I went there to eat from the buffet but I probably should have gotten a carryout because all of the Empty tables were filthy.
No one seemed to have had that job of cleaning the floor were even disgusting as well.

My 6yr old and I enjoyed a nice lunch and played. I wanted him to experience what his older siblings had, and what I had as a child while he was on fall break. We got full and he didn’t want to leave lol!
