What a great experience! Drove over 1 hr from NJ because I wanted to try this place. Will start with the service, so friendly and polite, as welcoming as it can get! Menu had plenty of traditional options all with their pictures and descriptions. Food came quick! But let me tell you IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! Broths were so full of flavor meats were tender and juicy, we order 4 different ones and tried them all. None of them disappointed. If you are a ramen fan like me this place is so worth to visit. Appetizers were very good as well!. Thank you for the great dinner!

We came here while visiting the Poconos with a family of 19 with a big age range. It’s been hard to find a clean, high quality, reasonably priced restaurant that could seat all of us—the whole staff was SO accommodating and lovely! All of the food was delicious and we are raving about it on the way home:) Ricardo was our server and he was so patient and thoughtful with our big bunch. Our favorites of the night were the chashu donburi, spicy garlic tonkotsu, bang bang shrimp, spring rolls, & chicken karaage, but you can’t go wrong with anything. Everything about this place is great and we’re excited for our next trip out here.

I’m a bit of an otaku and ever since watching Naruto have wanted to try authentic ramen and Shinjiru Ramen did not disappoint. First of all the atmosphere and look of the restaurant makes you feel like your entering a Japanese ramen shop. The staff were all super friendly. We went during dinner on a Saturday but were seated immediately and had a waiter within moments taking our drink order. We placed our food order and within 5 minutes we received our appetizers and then a few minutes after we got our ramen. The service was fast and the food hot and delicious. The servings were huge for the price. I wasn’t expecting the bowls to be so big, I almost couldn’t finish it. I’d suggest going on an empty stomach because you will not be leaving here hungry. I will definitely be going back.

We stopped here on the way home after a busy day at the Pocono Outlets. This place is such a slice of comfort and home on an otherwise busy highway. The interior is immaculate, with beautiful artwork and design that really gives you that small cozy ramen shop feel. The chicken tantan ramen, tempura shumai skewers, and oyakodon were all amazing! Not to mention, the staff were so welcoming and sweet, especially the two ladies at the front! Definitely give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

Once you step in Shinjiru, you will enjoy a wonderful Japanese Ramen experience. The casual clean interior design, the service and the food are all pleasant, delightful, well planned and executed. This place can get busy so make sure you order ahead, avoid the rush hours or plan ahead. There is plenty of parking onsite and several vegetarian options on the menu.

I found this place after finishing a day of skiing at Camelback, and it was the perfect end to the day. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. It genuinely reminded me of the ramen spots I visited during a ski trip to Japan: rich, comforting, and authentic. I ordered the Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, and it did not disappoint. Totally recommend!
