Dont waste your money or time here! The food was not very warm aside from the onion rings. There were only 2 workers so that may be why. We went in to eat because online it said they were open till 12am. It didn’t say anything about lobby hrs i guess it closed at 10? The worker in the kitchen was not happy we were inside. But never said anything directly. We would have left with our food if we had known before we stared eating they were closed. The lady worker upfront was nice. But overall not a good experience. Probably won’t be back. Last time the food was not great either. We decided to try again but it was pretty much rhe same as last time.

The fries were hard and cold, the service was discriminatory, the manager was always on the offensive, and the service didn’t follow Burger King’s protocols. This has only happened to me at this location, not at others. If you politely complain, the manager asks, “Do you have a problem with the store?” instead of saying, “Thank you for your feedback.” They need to replace the manager; he doesn’t follow the protocols and is terrible.

Wow, I have to say the 1720 Park Ave, Park City, Utah was the best experience I have had in a BK. Barbara was excectional. Her help the customer attitude just radiates out of her. She turned our day around in matter of minutes. If you are ever in Park City and have a Whopper craving go see Barbara.

Someone needs to check on the employees here – are they okay? Food was not anywhere close to BK standards (not a particularly high bar). Does this franchise take altitude into account on cook times? Been here twice now and everything is consistently overcooked.

Literally the worst burger king I have ever been to. It just gets worse and worse. They are always out of what you want, when you get the food its disgusting. They never have anybody working here so it takes forever to order and get your food. Never coming back. Mcdonalds is far superior.

We are here for vacations and struggling with the language and the i pads so we ask the half green or blue hair with glasses and she was just being racist and saying that she was not understanding us we tried all the ways because we do know English she was neglecting the help we had to figure it out by our selfs we got or food (with some mistakes and errors) after eating we realized that this same employee that was being rude with us was helping and talking to other people in our native language like we can tell that you just don wanted to work ? To help? They all loked like they hate being here they just throw the things at you this was a weird experience more seen all the employees with the same attitude

The food was great, better than I’ve gotten from a BK in a long time, and cheaper, too. But what I did not like is that it is fully self service as far as ordering. I do not trust having to put my credit or debit card in a machine that might have any copying/scanning devices put in them by scammers, and did not like that I had to scan a qr code on the soda machine with my phone to fill my drink, either. I also like some interaction with the employees, too ~ but that may have been why it was cheaper?

Have you had a recent change in employees?
The drive through service really sucks now.
10 minutes per car x 7 cars is not the definition of fast food

Stand how these people even keep their jobs. I’ve gone through the drive-through for almost 2 weeks and have sat for at least five minutes and will not get a reply other times that I have gotten a reply. They will say be right with you in a minute and then they never come back. I’m convinced that the staff is up to something nefarious instead of just doing their jobs.
