It’s a White Castle, can’t expect much. Plenty of parking. It was very clean inside. The manager on duty was very kind. He told me to sign up on the app so that we can get the points. I got the 10 cheese sliders for like $7.99. We also got a crispy chicken and one of those nibblers. Food was hot when we received it. We didn’t have to wait that long. Food was good and fresh. Chicken was crispy and moist. Cheese sliders were tasty.

Hats off to the very overworked crew at White Castle in Downers Grove tonight!
The food was yummy (fresh/hot) and was definitely worth the wait.
Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they serve smoothies. I ordered the strawberry lemonade smoothie and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had!

Tried waffle breakfast sandwich. Asked for crispy bacon. Made as ordered. First time trying this. Was delicious. One of the few fast food restaurants, that still has some reasonably priced food to fit my budget. Will visit again.

Went to the drive thru last night on my way home, was the 4th car in the drive thru. I sat at the order box for 10 minutes before they asked to take my order, which was enough time for me to get aggravated, reconsider my life choices, and then place an online order at the Domino’s pizza thats also on my way home.
By the time I drove to Domino’s I waited for less than 3 minutes and got my pizza. 10/10 would go back…. to Domino’s

Very rude store associate today. Went in for my order pick up at about 9pm today.first person I met took my order so was waiting to pick up. Few minutes of waiting a different associate wearing black shirt came out of nowhere and told me to go out and use drive through.. felt very bad and don’t intend visiting this store anymore.as you can see there was no sign whatsoever saying you can’t come in for a pick up .

Terrible experience had to drive through. Didn’t get acknowledged for a whole six minute and 20 seconds. When I asked him about my order. We were in line for another 15 minutes. They are totally rude. In this location. No respect No nothing. John at drive thru was rude with two that apologized for him and fix my order properly.
