We visited the drive through Sunday evening about 6 pm. Not too busy only two vehicles in the drive thru. ahead of us. Waited 10 mins after we pulled up to the speaker to order. A, staff member apologized for the long delay. We ordered a Double Cheeseburger meal and 5 piece Chicken tenders meal. Pulled up and waited behind one vehicle at the window for another 15 mins. Finally got our food not sure what the delay was no explanation or apology offered. Quick check of contents in the bag and no condiments that we ordered were there. Pulled up and went in to restraunt to get those. Got home and was not happy with the “5 piece” chicken tenders – shown in photo. Three pieces were small and two were little chunks. Ridiculous that any employee would serve that and think it was acceptable. It’s sad to watch restraunts like Freddie’s that used to be a personal favorite slowly decline in value and quality of service. We later contacted customer service and they sent us a $20 gift card so appreciate their consideration.

Aarya and her staff were very friendly and efficient (as they could be). The door dash slowed down the time to get our shakes as we were almost done eating our food. Aarya apologized for the wait but she was hustling getting those orders done. Great job!

Now open! One of the best fast food burgers I have had. Very juicy. The staff is super friendly. The booths along the wall have power outlets w/ USB charging. Restrooms are unisex and have changing tables. Boosters and high chairs are available. Hopefully they can keep up the quality!

I want to thank the entire team at this particular location as I came inside to use the restroom and left my purse in stall! Luckily, someone turned the purse in and all my contents were still inside! I wish nothing but the best for each and every one of the staff members and customer involved in this kind act may God bless you all and your families!!!!! This truly touched my heart because this is not what you expect from day to day but from the bottom of my heart I would’ve done the same thing if I found a purse knowing the blessing would come back around full circle. Again, thank you so much and I can’t wait to come back and visit you guys!!!!.

GrEAT! They really got this right! The burger was cooked with the edge that has that crisp to it. The bun was not soggy. The topping were placed correctly. The bacon was over-cooked but it maybe on purpose as it was a nice add to the crunch of the burger. We also got shakes and were good. I would suggest adding an even larger size to shakes. I wanted the biggest one and it was 16 Oz. I want an option to go crazy.

The American flag being flown outside the Freddy’s in St. Peters is completely shredded. I’m a veteran and just seeing the state that their flag is in has made it so I will never set foot inside that restaurant. If you’re going to fly an American flag, at least keep it taken care of or replace it when it’s damaged. Not that hard.

I asked for no onions on burgers and they put onions on both burgers also my drinks were filled to the brim with ice also asked for a bunch of fry seasoning I guess 2 packets is a bunch definitely won’t be back

This would probably be my favorite fast food place if they could just figure out how to make their food HOT. I live less than 5 minutes away and by the time I get home everything is stone cold. I’m not sure how they do it. As a result, I eat here maybe once a year tops. I hate cold food. I wonder if it’s all locations or just this one.
