I love this place but today was nasty. Ordered a smash burger and tots, and another smash burger and fries. These were not smash burgers and were dry like they had been sitting for a while. The fries looked and tasted like they had been reheated by being refried. I was starved and had left so I ate it anyway… I may regret that later… Stopped at McDonald’s for my mother who refused to eat hers.

1 Sonic Burger….. Sloppy and falling apart.
1 milkshake – came STRAIGHT LIQUID
1 lemonade add cream – came out (LEMONADE ONLY)
Food came faster than ordering it. Had a feeling it wasn’t quality. Got home, dogs wouldn’t eat it. Take pride in what you do OR LET SOMEONE WHO MIGHT do it.
Sad how quick these places are loosing tasteful food and employees that understand “WOULD YOU GIVE THAT TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER?”

I stopped by this Sonic and used the drive-through, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The young lady working the window clearly hated her job, zero personality, no greeting, and absolutely no idea how to interact with customers. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by placing an order.
To make it worse, they still managed to mess up my order, and all I ordered was a simple SuperSonic Cheeseburger. When you can’t get the basics right and the customer service is that poor, it’s hard to justify coming back.
Definitely not an experience I’ll be repeating anytime soon.

So happy to be able to delete the last review I left and give 5 stars to the old management that came back! Ordered in the app and it was to us within 30 seconds of checking in, everything was hot and fresh (AND correct!) and the worker was very sweet!

Definitely a huge change since the old managers have come back . Food was hot and not soggy or burnt like in the past that’s if you got everything you ordered . The gal that waited on us was so sweet . I didn’t catch her name but she had awesome looking purple hair . We will definitely be going back more often now that this change has happened !

This location used to be one of the best places to eat and hang out in our area. With car shows great fast service. Every time we have went over the last couple of years the service is terrible. Food is overpriced and the wait time is even worse! Today there were Four cars in the drive-through two pulled away because it took so long and I still waited 25 minutes to place my order I got to the window and had to wait an additional nine minutes to get my food. 34 minutes in a drive thru is INSANE!!!!!!

what an experience
missed multiple items from our mobile order, took 20 minutes to correct it. Would not answer the voice button for help for 15 minutes before hand just sat in the kitchen talking. what a joke, food was overpriced for the slop we got served.
