I love dickies’s BBQ and I drove 30 minutes. Out of my way to get a pound of chicken today. They gave me shredded chicken? I’ve never had shredded chicken from any dickies I’ve ever been to. It’s always been sliced. I can’t even taste the smoke flavor on this chicken

Thought going to the store, I would receive better quality food than door dashing. It’s definitely not the case tonight, and I was the only customer in there. Ordered the chilies cheese fries and the fries are raw. Update: ordered a giant baker for delivery and received everything separately. Nothing was together like normal. 2 little slices of brisket, potato not fully baked and had to mix everything together. At this point the workers must be lazy and I am officially done ordering from this poorly run location. It used to be great but now so many inconsistencies you can just tell this location has just gone down hill sorry to say.

Where to start? Just came here for the first time in years and got a takeout order. My pulled pork did not have any sauce that I requested. Their drink machine was broke . And to top it off, I received beans instead of the mac and cheese Not one mistake but all 3 items I ordered were wrong and didn’t realize until getting home. They stapled the bag so much that you can’t even open it to double check your order before leaving without destroying it.

When I was at this restaurant, I asked to use the restroom and was told I had to buy something. By definition, I was there for my customer who spent $60, so by extension I DID buy something. I can’t believe the management is THAT petty!!! I will never bring my own business to this place!!! Insanity!!

I can’t express how disappointing the food was. We paid $40 for our food and nothing looked appetizing. The fries looked like they were soaked in oil. They were completely transparent!! The boneless wings looked like nuggets and tasted bland. It was our first time here and we hoped for it to be better.

Decided to take the family out to dinner and the atmosphere was not very comfortable. I ordered the 3 meat $18.99 plate and the guy who made my plate gave me very small portions of meat on my plate. I have eaten at dickeys before but not this location and have seen the same plate before. I noticed the people next to us eating in, had their plates real packed and to top it off had texas toast and the guy who served me threw this little bun on my plate and come to find out I could’ve had an option of texas toast, corn bread or a bun and the guy didn’t give give me not 1 option just threw this little bun on my plate. The lady who rang our meals up snatched our kids free meal coupons out of my hand and ripped them up like she was mad we had free coupons. Just a very disappointing experience and environment to take my family out to dinner.

They need to seriously update their building and do some cleaning and figure out ventilation because it is always so full of smoke and every time I eat here I walk away reeking like smoke. I really like this place but they need to do some serious work to update, clean, and exhaust the smoke.
