IT was a must visit because of the Stephen King Book IT…Now it is a must return because of the amazing food and service!!! We got pork egg roll, crab rangoons, general tso chicken and sesame chicken. Everything was delicious!!! The service was great! They even had the banquet room sat up for the Losers (book reference)!!!

A wonderful mix between modern and classsic Chinese restaurant interior design paired with excellent Feng Shui set the atmosphere of this great restaurant. Service was prompt, professional, attentive, and very friendly. Our server, Gus, was extraordinary. Despite the late hour we arrived, we were able to pick up any menu. Food came quickly, and the quality was out of this world. We can only recommend this place. If you love great food, the Oriental Jade is your destination of choice.

I love this place every time I go there’s always something good to try, if you like things a little spicy, I suggest getting their sischuan noodles and add chicken to it. It comes out, really good.It’s not in your face spicy, but it’s just got enough kick. There’s spicy tuna roll for sushi is really good too. I would recommend getting a side order of spicy mayonnaise to dip them in. I’ll also say that when I asked the staff upon entering that I’d like to be seated away from other customers.They specifically picked out a spot that was away from everybody else in the restaurant which made it really nice to be able to enjoy the meal I had with my friend. I would seriously recommend them to anybody who asked and I will certainly be going back.

We were on a Stephen King stop adventure, and was very excited to eat at the restaurant from It.. the service was a little lacking, it was a Monday evening, and we were a party of 7, not too large, they asked if we had reservations, which we didnt, and they didnt seem happy about it.. even though they weren’t busy at all. Our waitress was a little, un helpful with everything.. my husband asked for brown rice, instead of white, and she informed him they do not do substitutions.. (rice??) I asked for a side of spicy mayo, and she informed me they didnt have that, I had to point it out to her on the menu that it is listed on a few of the rolls, as ingredients.. she went and got my side. It was very strange, and not very welcoming.. we ordered our food, she came back to inform us they didnt have any pork belly, and left… didnt even wait to see if we wanted to pick something else. The food was good.. but they should work on their customer service a bit..

We saw this featured on Maine Life and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! It’s a hidden treasure. It’s a beautiful establishment as you walk in with a welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted at the door and our waiter Elijah was amazing. We ordered the General Tso Chicken, Mandarin Beef, and Crab Rangoon. All were so delicious. We will definitely be back.
My partner also had a Zombie cocktail and it was so good, he also said he got a little buzz off of it, they don’t skimp!

Great made from scratch food. Their sesame chicken is amazing, and I love their sushi. The Philadelphia and spicy California rolls are my favorite. There are indications on the menu for gluten sensitivity as well.

This was like top chef meets Chinese.
The egg rolls were larger than normal and were served hot. Not spicy, but enough spice to be interesting.
The pork fried rice had huge chunks of pork and egg. Very tasty!
The generals chicken was flat-pounded large pieces of chicken fried to perfection. Tender and juicy. The sauce was a nice combination of sweet and spicy.
The service was quick and attentive without hovering. Perfect.
Overall this place was a 10 of 10.

Uchizi Phakati
The atmosphere was welcoming, peaceful and nice, we got seated and a waiter came in a few minutes. The menu was well laid out, the drinks were good but the food had no flavor for me and my friend but my other friend who specifically said she wanted her food spicy had the best food. I typically expect food to be somewhat seasoned at a restaurant like this so that was a little disappointing but glad to have checked it out today.
