On November 26, 2025 I placed a phone order at your Langley Park, MD location for “Churrasco de Pollo” along with a drink, totaling $18.13.

When I arrived home and opened the meal, I noticed that it included only one piece of chicken breast. My understanding is that this dish should include two pieces of chicken breast, along with rice and steamed broccoli. For the price I paid, I expected the order to be prepared correctly, and I was very disappointed with what I received.

I hope this message is reviewed promptly and escalated to upper management! I have also filed a complaint via email!!!

I got recommended to go to this place by a friend and they told me to go specifically to the Langley Park location. As the taste there was slightly better than other locations. I was not disappointed. Food was delicious and the service was incredible. From the people serving my food, to the cashier and even the lady constantly cleaning the tables. Kudos to the management team here, as their service was outstanding. Would 100 percent recommend!

False Misleading advertisement! They had this sign advertised, empanadas are $3.10 each. I asked for the sauce that’s in the advertisement they said I have to buy 3 empanadas. No where on the sign did it say I have to buy 3. They didn’t even offer to let me buy the sauce just expected me to eat those dry empanadas.

I am very displeased with the service that was provided today (2/18/26). I had placed an order for 25 meals for my team at the office. I called not once, not twice but THREE times on different days to give them a heads up so they can assure our meals would be ready. When we came to pick up NOTHING was ready nor was there an explanation. I spoke to a lady on different occasions assuring me the meals would be ready. We had to wait for over an hr for our meals. When we spoke to the manager there was no type remorse, no apology nada. All they said was next time ask for a manager. If you ever have a big order with Sardis I would reconsider as they can’t seem to handle big orders or even accommodate big orders. Sardis please do better on your professionalism. An apology goes a long way.

My husband and I went to this restaurant we don’t eat out very often but we decided to stop by this one since it was close to where we were staying we went and the food was delicious a very attentive friendly young lady took our order and recommended the best combo she was very friendly and attentive, and we loved her service we didn’t have to wait for long she send the order and we got the food quickly she’s amazing I asked for her name, Kattery Barahona. Thank you so much for your excellent service! They need to hire more staff like her. Excellent service! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Sardi’s Chicken ever since they first opened in Takoma Park. The food is always great, and the service and staff are consistently excellent. They’ve maintained the same high quality over the years, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for many more to come!

My office placed an online order for 25 people for pickup on 2/13/2026 at 12:00pm. Not only was the order confirmed four separate times—once on the original date, once on Saturday, once on Tuesday, and again the morning of pickup—but the payment was processed and I received both a confirmation email and an order number. There was absolutely no reason this order should not have been prepared on time.

When we arrived, we were questioned about why we “hadn’t called,” despite the fact that we had called four different times and had been reassured each time that everything was confirmed. To make matters worse, none of the 25 meals were even being prepared ahead of time. There was zero acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology, and no sense of urgency or professionalism from the manager.

This experience showed a complete lack of organization and consideration for our time. For a large pre‑scheduled order that was fully confirmed and paid for, this level of service is unacceptable.
