Love this place, from food to atmosphere and service. Went there for dinner yesterday on my way back to Boston and had the smash burger. It was simple yet so good. The fries are nicely seasoned, crunchy and not oily. For dessert, I tried their famous molten chocolate, it was good but I’ve honestly had better. The cake was slightly dry and it did not have enough chocolate on the inside. Portions are big so it’s a good value for money.
Hopefully they’ll open a branch in Boston.

Got the trio appetizer to-go and chose to include the sliders, southwest egg rolls, and chicken crispers. I had to stop eating and do a review, everything is so good! Perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The girl at the counter (sorry I forgot her name!) Was quick and attentive as she helped me with my order, and she brought it right out to me on time. Love it.

A buddy and I ate at the Andover Chili’s last night. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very good.
The food was a different story though. We both ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger which was recently added to the menu.
He ordered medium and I ordered medium rare. The burgers were cooked well done and the cheese wasn’t even melted in any way, shape or form. I felt the cheese and it was cold, as if it was just taken out of the fridge.
They didn’t even put it on the burger until after the burger was taken off the stove.
We mentioned the issues to our bartender and she was very receptive to what problems we encountered. I told her that I wasn’t blaming her for anything.
Going forward I will stick with the Chili’s in Salem NH.

Went for dinner with my children while traveling from Canada, absolutely amazing experience! From the host who sat us, multiple staff running our plates and drinks, and our wonderful waitress Cassie who went above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable. My 4 year old must have asked her 50 questions and she answered all of them! Amazing staff, great experience, will definitely come back!!

Felt Threatened by Waitress – Very Disappointing Experience
The food was amazing as always, but I had a horrible experience with one of the waitresses. My older sister and I paid separately — she left a tip, and I paid $100 using my uncle’s card, as he told me not to spend more than that. I even explained this to the waitress. There was $8 left, which I paid in cash.
As my cousins and I were leaving, the waitress stopped us in front of other customers and demanded that I add a tip to the card. I told her the card wasn’t mine, but she kept insisting I pay more. My cousins are all minors, and we all felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured. I ended up giving her my gas money just so we could leave.
What made it worse was that all she did was take our order — another staff member brought our food and handled the refills. I’ve worked in customer service and in the food industry myself, and I understand how hard the job can be, but I have never threatened a customer or refused to let them leave over a tip. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
This happened on October 30th, about two hours before closing. The waitress was around 5’2” with tattoos on her arms. I’ve always loved coming to this Chili’s, but this experience left me embarrassed, disappointed, and honestly a little shaken. I hope management addresses this so no one else feels threatened while dining here.

Having been recommended by the adjacent hotel, I decided to visit for a quick meal before retiring for the evening.
From the moment I was seated until my departure, I felt rather unwelcome by my waitress.
She took my drink order but then did not return to my table. Another server eventually brought my soda. Approximately ten minutes passed before I was able to place my food order.
My meal arrived, and I was not checked on again until the children at the neighboring table were attempting to pay their bills.
She was rather abrupt with me, and as previously mentioned, I felt unwelcome and frankly uncomfortable in her presence.
Once I had finished my meal, I waited and waited for the opportunity to pay. Meanwhile, my waitress was attending to other tables, processing payments, cleaning, and placing orders.
I am unsure why she seemed to dislike me or why she felt the need to make my visit so unpleasant.
To conclude my experience, she made a point of appearing kind by saying, “Have a good night, sir,” as I left. Those were the most words I heard from her throughout my visit.

This place is the best! Morgan was terrific as usual. In fact everyone here is, I like to refer them as Mel’s Angels (Mel is the Jefa “boss”). Mel definitely knows what she’s doing at this branch! Portion size was huge and pricing in today’s world is low! I would say I will be back but that’s a given!

I recently visited this Chili’s and had a mixed experience. I ordered the Fajitas with steak and shrimp, and while the food came out very quickly, the quality left much to be desired. The steak and shrimp were just okay—nothing special. The portion size was decent, but the taste was subpar overall.
In terms of ambiance, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and the loud music made it difficult to have a conversation. It wasn’t the relaxed dining experience I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, based on this visit, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon

First time at this location, June 27. The bartender was the one who took care of us, and I believe her name was Theresa. I used to be a bartender at a restaurant for 10 years, and we were never allowed to Use Our Cellphone in front of the house. I find that very unprofessional. I have never seen a manager greeting guests or even in the building. The $6 Margarita was okay. The bartender/server didn’t suggest anything. She never asked me if I wanted another alcohol beverage.
