In the mood for chili!. Remembered Wendy’s! Ordered plane, double cheeseburger and large chili No toppings. I’ve attached a picture of the burger. It was no more than a 3″ square. Was too small for the bun, dry, and overcooked!! The chili was more like a soup and did not taste anything like chili! It tasted like tomatoes sauce with beans and leftover burger in it!! I haven’t gone to Chili’s for well over five years because of the food not being the quality at once was when Chili’s first opened! I thought I’d give him another try since it was close by and once upon a time I craved their chili! This Chili’s only a couple miles away from me and I will not be going back ever again!

I was having some intense pregnancy cravings, so I went in and got some baconator fries with extra cheese sauce, and a kids meal with a frosty for my son. Connie at the front was an absolute ANGEL!!! She gave my son a tiny sample of the salted caramel frosty to make sure he’d like it, and she was so sweet and kind to my son, listening to all his questions and randomness. Connie gave him all the options of toys and patiently waited for him pick one out, she even threw in some sour cream for my fries. The food came out exactly how I wanted it, and the experience with Connie was the absolute best. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Wendy’s! (:

I do not like being treated like a consumer and not a paying customer. I was denied sauces in the drive thru because I placed my order online and didn’t select sauces in-app. So the attendant said he would have to charge me 50 cents. So i was turned away because I didn’t have 50 cents in my car

Gave me the wrong size and flavor of my frosty. I asked for a blue Powerade. Got to the window and they said they don’t have powerade. Questioned size of frosty and flavor and they said it was correct. Need to re train worker that is taking drive thru orders

I come here all the time. Same staff, same food and that what I like. The guy with the deep voice is always nice and upbeat. The only thing as of late is that their soda machine is not calibrated properly and the soda is watered down. It has been this way for a month or more. Please support this great staff with the right products that taste right.

We were on a 3 hour road trip south and decided to stop. We ordered our food and everything came out perfect–hot, accurate, and fast. The guy that took our order was so helpful in making sure we could properly access the bathrooms before heading out on the road again. We’ll be back! Thanks, Wendy’s!

I had a horrible encounter with the Shift lead Iris. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and just down right nasty. She refused to give me the name of the gentleman who was also in a bad mood. Upon calling corporate I was informed that not only was Iris just rude she also lied about the store number of her store for me to properly report the issue. Corporate was very helpful and so was the district manager who informed me she would talk to the gentleman as she knows who it is and talk with Iris. The district manager is very helpful so do yourself a favor and support her area just not this store as the customer service is horrible

The food was alright but my Cinnabon was literally (yes literary) so hard I could not bite into it. Rock hard Cinnabon and fresh glaze.
Fries were fresh and burger was as good as always but low key I chose Wendy’s for the Cinnabon.
Staff was great.

Here we go another fast food chain at 8:30 in the morning and the dining room is closed, of course with an employee enjoying his morning coffee in the dining room and only one person working in the Drive-Thru
