PARISI | Pizzeria, Trattoria e Vino is celebrating over TWO decades of serving authentic, casual, modern Italian cuisine to North West Denver! Moving from Firenze and opening in 1998, we have strived to recreate traditional recipes as part of our nostalgia for Italy. We focus on simple, modern Italian and offer quick-casual dining to keep pricing affordable and make our menu take-out friendly. We also offer a variety of great wines, beers & cocktails in addition to a small assortment of imported retail, bread to-go, an espresso bar, house-made dolci & gelateria. Buon appetito!
Casual Italian spot for thin-crust pies & housemade pastas, with a more formal trattoria downstairs.

Calzone was nearly burnt on top but raw underneath. We tried to cut into it and it fell apart. The whole middle of calzone was a waste, mush. We told our waitress but it wasn’t removed from our bill. We didn’t take one bite. After we realized they weren’t comping it we decided to take it home, will try to rebake the ends, maybe will salvage some of the $16 calzone.
Arancini were very bland and some of them tasted like they were either refried or had sat around for a few days past their prime. Not appetizing. Big let down.
A little over $25 wasted.
Kid’s spaghetti is good, nothing special but the meatballs are amazing. Kid’s pepperoni pizza was delicious.
Pear salad, bread, ricotta and spinach raviolis were all great, so were our drinks! Love the atmosphere here and the staff is great, kid friendly.
I hope they fine tune those items because this is a great neighborhood restaurant overall just a lackluster experience this time.
TIL If you order a calzone request it well done – or at a minimum check the crust underneath before cutting into it/carrying out. Also do not order the arancini.
The food is fantastic—one of the best casual Italian restaurants I’ve been to. The bolognese penne ragu was so flavorful and comforting. Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on their menu!
