Don’t Normally Leave Reviews But Placed and Paid For An Online Order on 1/20/2026 For Pick Up. Sat in Drive Through for 20 Minutes with 4 other Cars While Employees Took Out Trash Walking Pass Us. Eventually Out of Impatience I Drove Up To The Pick Up Window To See What Was Going On And Was Told By An Employee That They Were “Closed Early For Cleaning” and “You Can’t Get A Refund Here”. The Employees Could Have Told Us They Were Closed When They Walked Pass Us Instead of Letting Us Sit In The Drive Thru For 20 Minutes. I Politely Asked 2 Different Employees How To Get a Refund At The Window And Could Not Get A Solid Answer. Needs Better Management and Hopefully I Can Get A Refund!

I was in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong order- which I didn’t realize until after I left. The burger and nuggets were colder than room temperature. The fries were warm but not fresh.

I went here about 3 weeks ago & received some of the best service and food I’ve ever gotten at Wendy’s! From Bryan at the drive thru who took my order; to the women manager coming to the window speaking. My food was fresh & delicious. I was only in the line for a total of 4-5 min from ordering to leaving. **THE NEW MANAGER AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WHO HAS TAKEN OVER WITH A COMPLETE NEW STAFF TEAM ARE BEYOND AWESOME & DOING A WONDERFUL JOB!!”**

Seriously considering not eating at Wendy’s anymore. The girl at the window is rude and not intelligent. I can tell by the way she handles situations. The drive through intercom wasn’t working. She screwed up my order and asked me to rejoin the line for something she didn’t put in my order. When I got home I realized more things were missing from my order. If you want to be pissed and feel robbed for your money head down there!

The person at the drive thru was very rude when I simply asked about purchasing a frosty. Instead of saying, “I apologize, we’re all out of frosties.”, she simply responded “No” in a rude way. Wendy’s should be teaching better customer service to its employees.

2/2025 Update. Gave this location another chance. Big mistake! Yet another long wait in the drive thru and order was wrong! Ordered 2 thin mint frosties, not a sign of thin mint anywhere! Got plain chocolate instead. Also, guy at the first window didn’t acknowledge me or even open his window! Will not be returning to this location!

Drive thru at this location is unacceptably slow. Ordered via the app, waited in line for over 10 minutes, never moved. Ran up the street to pick something up, came back. Got to the speaker immediately, waited 10 minutes to get to the window then another 10 minutes at the window. Wasn’t acknowledged during the entire wait as staff walked back and forth in front of the window. Pulled away and ate a fry … Cold and soggy!! Unfortunately this experience is typical of this location. Suggest you drive up the street to a different location and avoid this one

Crazy when I go thru at midnight cars in front of me all paid with cars but told me the cars machine isn’t working and we don’t have change. While they said that I pulled over and all 3 cars in front used a card with no issues. Lazy people not wanting to work crazy how management doesn’t see how they aren’t making any money on certain hours because this place is usually busy at all time. Previous visits long wait time simple order of a burger fries and drink take 15 min. Lazy workers and horrible management

Every time I go there, they always overcook the meat in the burgers.It’s almost inedible.They always forget a sauce or make your order wrong.Just not a good Wendy’s. One of the worst I’ve ever been to. I wonder if the owner even cares. Terribly ran restaurant

Pretty sure the person in drive thru lied about their computer systems being down so they didn’t have to service anyone up until close at 3:59am. Must be nice getting a 2 hour “doing nothing” paid break.

Wendys is never on my go to places but I really wanted to try the thin mint frosty and I thought I would get some spicy nuggets too. It was a regular chocolate frosty that was completely melted. The nuggets were super cold and not fresh at all. Wont be ordering from this location ever again. If you’re looking to try the new frosty look elsewhere because they don’t have on clue on how to prepare it. Such a waste of money and time…
