Yummy Ramen is right!! I got the vegetarian ramen shu style and it was amazing. Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had and we just went to Japan! Portions are huge. Super fresh and authentic flavors. Service is friendly and super efficient. Definitely would recommend.

Tasty ramen, big portion, you can easily choose and edit your dish after scanning QR code, nice atmosphere and server. Market of ramen is very big and busy in Valencia, in the typical food time better make a reservation.

Unfortunately the quality of the food dropped. I was visiting them regularly. This week we got actually just the pasta and water/liquid. It made 97% of the soup. Almost no veggies, tofu or meat (like small 3 Pieces). It was my favorite Ramen place in Valencia. Now I have to look for something else

I come every week and everytime I order the dry noodles with minced and its delicious and very clean which deservr 6 stars but today I wanted to try the soup and I was a bit disgusted with the amount of fat in it. The taste and smell of the fat was rancid so sadly I have to stick with the dry noodles. Service was okay and price is okay

Be aware Few days ago I tried their thick ramen and it was honestly disappointing. The broth was so thick and gloopy, like it was made just with cornflour, not rich broth at all. Noodles were overcooked, every starter was super fried and oily. Felt more like cheap fast food than real authentic food. If you’re after something authentic, this isn’t the place.

Very impressed to find this gem in Valencia! The broth and beef were flavorful. The spicy beef ramen was actually spicy (and I love spicy food). The pickled vegetables in the broth were crunchy and not too over powering.
Unfortunately, one negative is that the noodles didn’t taste fresh. It would really upscale the experience if the restaurant made fresh noodles

Nice place for Lanzhou noodles! The soup is very similar to the original one. I come here once a week! I think the best is their classic Lanzhou beef noodles, then you can add spicy sauce and vinegar to give it more taste!
The bao with minced meat is also pretty good!
Make sure to reserve a table if you go with more people, it’s usually full. If you go alone, there’s always an option to eat at the bar table 🙂
