My food had these black streaks on it. They would have seen it because it’s in an easily viewable place, but they decided to just give this to me anyway rather than remake it. Its probably mold or cleaning product from the grill. I don’t get upset about anything other than knowingly serving customers mold on their food. Everything is usually great.

I used to work in this town and sonic was the best place to eat then. They were across the highway at that time. They have now moved across the highway and are still great. I really think they are busy enough and the highway is busy enough to support a sonic on both side of the highway. Great job guys. It is hard to find a good sonic anymore. You guys are excellent.

The hamburgers were smashed and sitting on top of the 2 orders of onion rings, which caused the onion rings to get smashed. The large onion rings looked more like a medium size. There was not quite a half of a pack of the rings.

Quit going to Sonic. The atmosphere has changed. Staff has changed. Orders screwed up, cold to slightly warm food if you get what you ordered. Not worth it anymore. It’s a shame. I grew up with Sonic in Oklahoma and I looked forward to it. Not anymore.

I have been waiting for my drink for 10 minutes now… this location is bad about saying they have delivered and order when they haven’t.. hit the button and ask what’s going on, “it’ll be out in a minute”. 6 minutes later and I still haven’t gotten my 2 drinks. They don’t even have to cook it ♂️ never had a good experience here but this takes the cake and I had to write this review. And why not? I got the time… so here I go pressing the red button yet again because sitting in a car with a 2 year old forever is insane.

Decent food at reasonable prices. Service is usually fast & friendly. Mobile app makes ordering and receiving even faster. This facility has been out of the summer “unicorn straws” since the first day.
The Greenbrier facility does have public restrooms. I had originally stated this location didn’t, so am editing my review and adding an additional star to the atmosphere subject.
