Wow, everything was absolutely delicious. I will absolutely be returning again. Butter chicken was warm and comforting, paired with the vegetable samosas it was the perfect combination!!!! JP’s service was exceptionally excellent our drinks stayed full and he came back to make sure we were satisfied. This has definitely become one of the restaurants we will frequently return to!! Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Vic stopped by to greet us and he was very kind.

Went here for a sisters day lunch yesterday and loved it! Second time here and it did not dissapoint at all! We shared Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and Butter Chicken and it was all fantastic. Also got some Samosa and I think it was the best I’ve ever had. The Samosa Combo and Garlic Naan were also extremely good. Honestly have no complaints at all and will definetly be back. 10/10 recommend!

I came here for lunch with WORK friends. Went home and told my husband how good it was and my family and I are back here having dinner tonight. Service is excellent and the waiter JP was very helpful and kind. The food is amazing, and you can ask for my old medium or hot. I recommend the Cholay Bhature, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Fish, Butter Chicken, Chili Chicken and the Malai Chicken.

Probably my favorite restaurant in town. The owner Vic is a wonderful chef who takes extreme pride in his restaurant from the cleanliness to the quality and freshness of what he cooks. I have been here more times than I can count and every time has been a great experience and consistent quality all around. As for some of the more negative reviews, please understand this establishment is mostly ran by just Vic who wears many hats. As for the complaints about pricing, just about everything everywhere has gone up, so keep that in mind. But to pay more, at least you are getting the same consistent delicious food without corners being cut. He also uses halal meats, which adds to the cost for a good cause. Butter chicken is always my go-to dish, but you can’t go wrong with anything here, the runner-up for me would probably be the chicken biryani.

I haven’t reviewed too many places lately, but this warranted it. The food was incredible. The service everything you would hope for (friendly/courteous/diligent/efficient) and the atmosphere was pleasant. A customer recommended the Fish Pakora, which I ordered. It was filled with flavor. The accompanying red onion, lemon and sauces added just what it needed. I’ll definitely be returning to try more plates. If you’re a kayaker passing through on your way to FeatherFest, or a local who hasn’t tried it, this is one you want to tell your spouse, friends and family about.

Excellent food and yes the chef is very personable and up front about ensuring a good experience for his patrons. We’re from the SF Bay Area so we didn’t feel it was at all unreasonable for feeding a family of 4. We paid about ~$75 to have several entrees, appetizer and naan , all of it delicious.

Best Indian food! Amazing food and service! We had tandoori shrimp, malai chicken, butter chicken garlic Nan, rice and Chai tea. It was all amazing 10/10. The place is large, clean and welcoming, plenty accommodation for large groups. Food came fast. The owner and chef was so hospitable, kind and caring, something you don’t see so much anymore. I will be back and recommend my new favorite restaurant Punjab Tandoori Grill.

One of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The tendori chicken was so flavorful the spices were amazing. Saag chicken was very tender and delicious. Malai chicken so good and tender. Chefs kiss on the food. I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. The customer service was so great everyone was so attentive to your needs

My wife and I were down in Yuba City for the day and hit this place up for a lunch.
The staff was welcoming, friendly and courteous. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. It’s a little off the beaten path if you’re an out of towner traveling through, but not far and worth it.
We don’t often get to enjoy good Indian food, and we probably over ordered for two people, but everything looked so good.
We each got a samosa and it was spiced perfect, with a warm and savory flavor, and it could have been a meal in itself. An absolute comfort food.
We both got a different chicken dish and a different style of naan, but ended up just sharing and eating each others food. I wish I took a few pics to add on to the review, but as soon as it hit the table, I couldn’t wait. The food was delicious, full of flavor and spices, that made the tongue tingle in a good way.
On the way out the owner took the time and talked with us a bit. The owner was very charismatic and astute, and seemed to genuinely care that we had a great experience at his establishment, which we did.
I hope travel takes us through Yuba City again so we can eat here again. I’d rate it higher if I could. 6/5
